I have had this mattress since March 1st, 2018. It is supposed to be their FIRM mattress. I weigh 260 lbs, and was hoping it would be firm enough for me. It is like I am sleeping down-hill from my wife. I have been thinking about contacting Wink Beds, because this is a problem I never expected, and never had before. I believe they have quality products, but my experience with this mattress says otherwise.

Outstanding! Best mattress I’ve ever owned

I bought my WinkBed about 2 years ago and it’s absolutely fantastic. Still in perfect condition. My partner and I sleep cool and comfortable and without any pain. I’d recommend WinkBeds to anyone!

Expected better

I had done what I thought was a ton of research before buying this mattress. After just a year I started noticing depression from my 155-pound body weight. Even after rotating my mattress every month to every 6-weeks, the wear on the bed seems too extreme for what it promised to be. Now a few more years have gone by and my hip, shoulder, and back have nearly as much discomfort and ache as they did prior to purchasing the bed.

Love this bed for Plus Size People

With being bigger people, we have always had problems finding mattresses that are good for us. we had a traditional mattress and the sides would breakdown, the center would go down. Then we went to an adjustable air bed....spent alot of money and hated it. Then we got the wink bed. It was specifically marketed to have sides that do not crush, for bigger people. And they have held up well. We have had this mattress for 4-5 years and will probably be able to get another 5 years out of it. That is impressive!

Did not meet expectations

I contacted Wink prior to buying my mattress to ask about the luxury firm mattress. I was replacing a Stearns & Foster firm and am a predominantly side sleeper. This is a very firm mattress, and very heavy (hard for one person to rotate) . After several months, I noticed that my hips and sometimes my shoulders were stiff in the morning. I contacted Wink and asked if this was abnormal wear over time and do I have to put a mattress topper on the bed. They responded with an apology, said that if I wanted to purchase another mattress I could at half price, and included a link to a mattress topper being sold on Amazon.

This mattress is very comfortable and feels like it did the first day....about 2 and a half years ago. We both sleep better. The mattress remains firm with just the right amount of soft on the top. We are careful to rotate it about every 4 months. This was a major purchase for us but certainly glad we decided to make it.

A delightful nights sleep

We did a lot of research and picked the Wink because it’s good for side sleepers. Our purchase experience was excellent. Price is right, delivery great and it looks so pretty. It’s good for side sleepers but really for anyone who wants a great nights sleep!

From the time we bought it, our WinkBed mattress very quickly developed grooves in the places where my husband and I sleep. We are not heavy people: I weigh under 120 pounds and my husband weighs under 170 pounds. The bed developed these grooves - visible even when the bed is made up with sheets and a comforter - despite the fact that we flip the mattress regularly as instructed. When I contacted WinkBed customer support, and sent pictures of the grooves along with measurements of their depth, I was told that the grooves aren't deep enough for WinkBed to replace the bed. Although the bed is very comfortable, I won't buy a WinkBed again because of the groove problem.
