Did a bunch of research before buying this mattress... endless hours watching YouTube videos, reading reviews and studies. The price was fantastic - if we didn't like the mattress they would come and get it for free. Want the firmer version? Pay $50 and they'd swap it out. The amount of design and care that went into this mattress made by hand made me pull the trigger - and I'm glad I did. My wife and I noticed a difference immediately. Never lumpy or soft, it's held up and still feels good as the day it was delivered. As of this review, it's been a year and my back problems are gone. Also, I'm a side sleeper and my arms don't fall asleep anymore when I lay on my side! I'll never go back to memory foam! And I've recommended WinkBeds to all my friends.

This mattress exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and finish. Have personally recommended to 4+ family and friends that have purchased and are equally satisfied. When the time comes to "refresh" this mattress, Wink will have our business (again, and again).

It is a beautiful, well made mattress but it doesn’t work for me. I guess that over the years, I have come to prefer a softer, more conforming mattress. I have ordered a custom made, multi layered latex mattress to replace this one.

First time that we purchased a mattress online. The reviews were very good and after a month of research we decided to throw the dice. Super happy with the wink mattress and customer service. I like it medium and he likes it firm. It's just the right blend of both. I ordered the box spring for a platform bed. Oh oh. Don't do that. The mattress is already very tall. With both on the bed I would have needed a ladder to get on it. Had to return the box spring and Wink took it back no questions. So happy with the mattress I finally bought a 2nd one for the guest room for when the honey snores and I can't sleep.

This mattress is so great ......best mattress I’ve ever had and most comfortable.... I originally bought a double and it was so wonderful I ended up buying a king size so I have these mattresses on both beds. I have such horrible back trouble (related to terrible car wreck) and these helped significantly....I wished I would have had one of these mattresses my whole life... they’re not too soft ...they’re not too hard... I can’t explain it they’re just perfect! wonderful support and comfort! no temperature problem whatsoever!!!! and there’s no indentions and I’ve had them for years !!!
