As good as the best “super premium” bed from a retailer

Tried just about every type of premium mattress and the Wink bed is as good as any of them. It resisted the body impressions longer than I thought possible. After many years, it has finally developed impressions but I’m satisfied that it has performed very well.

Mattress Sags A Lot

Hello Doug – I’m writing to let you know I’m disappointed in how my King Size Winkbed has held up (it hasn’t). I sent you a link to a dropbox file containing some photos for your review so you will (hopefully) be able to see what I’m talking about. The mattress has been sagging on both sides of center. This has been the case for a year or more, and it is causing sleeping problems for both my wife and me, as well as constant back pain for me. Since the mattress is only a couple years old, and the guarantee is for 10years, and the fact that we have purchased 3 mattresses from you, I’m hoping something can be done about the problem.

Began great, but wearing quickly

To be clear, my mattress is on an adjustable base, and I do use it, which may be speeding up the wear somewhat. After some fine tuning (the company sent me a me a memory topper), I slept great. Now the mattress is beginning to show its age. One spring is making noise, an indention has formed in the middle and the edge I exit on is getting soft. The big question is, would I do this again? Possibly, but there are more options out there than ever.

Best mattress ever!

It really has been the most comfortable mattress on which I have ever slept. Only problem is that it has no side handles which makes it very difficult to turn.

Lousy box spring system.

I feel this mattresses perceived shortcomings arise from the box spring system more than the mattress itself. Rather an important component to rating the mattress yet your survey gives it ZERO consideration. I have had to fiddle with and readjust the box spring set (king) numerous times. The main problem it that both the box spring set and the mattress are short changed on dimensions and so neither fits our existing bed properly. Three modifications to our frame and support system are ineffective. Considering a simple platform within the existing frame and ditching the box spring all together.

Great Mattress and customer service

I researched for 8 months before settling on this mattress. It has a combination of innerspring and foam which makes for a perfect bed in my opinion. I owned a foam mattress before this winkbed, and it kept me too warm. Also it began to sink, in the middle, where I usually sleep. I will never buy another mattress again except a Winkbed.

Perfect compromise

In store mattress shopping was super frustrating and confusing, so we decided to start looking on line. I cross compared every mattress company I could find and realized Wink was the perfect compromise- Value, quality, inner spring with memory foam, made in America, great return policy. We purchased Wink's "Luxury Firm" but returned it for a softer version 45 days later. They were terrific to deal with and 1 year later, we could not be happier with the purchase!

Dream Machine

The first nights we slept on our wink 😉 we had such vivid dreams. After many years of sleeping on an warnout mattress we rested so well that out dream cycle was so much longer! It’s wonderful to sleep 6 hours without interruption. Get up go to bathroom,And get back in this wink bed for 6 more hours! Rarely get to but it’s that good!!!

Great matress!

Mattress was a little more firm than anticipated, but solved that with a 3" foam topper that we already had. This was with the "soft" model. Quality is outstanding! Love it!

Great at first, bowed quickly

We bought the luxury firm split king and had received the wrong mattresses. Wink was very quick to respond and resolve the issue. At first we loved the mattresses, however before 6 months, the middle already started to bow which is strange since it was quite firm. While we also purchased the Wink adjustable heating/cooling frame, we can no longer use the temp control because we had to purchase a foam topper to make the mattress softer. While we did not pay a ton for the mattress and the customer service has been excellent and it's local/environmentally responsible, I'm sad to say it's not the mattress for us. We'll likely replace in the next couple of years, once we've worn it down more. The foam topper has helped it be more comfortable, as has the adjustable frame.
