We purchased the Alexander Signature Series with high expectations. And while this is an extremely comfortable mattress, I don't sleep nearly as sound because of shoulder pain I experience throughout the night. I did not have this problem with my previous mattress. I'm a side sleeper and tend to sleep with my arm under my pillow and it causes numbing in my shoulder. Perhaps it'll take more time to get used to the mattress and slight adjustments to my sleeping habits because I really want this mattress to work.

Have had bed 1 year now and still look forward to climbing in it every night. A little on the firm side but supportive and very comfortable. I can tell the top spongy layer has flattened just a little but no issue with comfort.

My wife and I have rented a house in Florida for a year to be close to my wife's mother who no longer drives. We purchased this mattress based on very good ratings from the Sleep Doctor. It replaced a hybrid mattress that cost three times the price of this one and sleeps as good if not better than that hybrid mattress. I wish I would have done more research prior to purchasing the hybrid mattress.

My wife and I bought this mattress a year ago. Didn't like it at first but slept on it for the 60 days and finally got used to it. Just used to it, not loved it, barely liked it. Went on vacation and slept on different beds, slept great. Came back and started sleeping on this bed again. Wake up during the night, wake up in the morning with back pain again. Contacted Nest a few days before the year was up. They said it was my base and wanted pictures. They took a couples days to get back to me after sending them pictures and said your base is fine. Sorry your trial period is up. Now we're stuck with a $1100 bed we don't like. We will never buy from them again.

I looked up reviews from different sleep groups and was nervous ordering a bed I did'nt get to test out but I went for it and I'm glad I did! From the first night I slept on this bed my knee and hip pain that I usually woke up to is gone, if this bed lasted only 5 years I would buy it again and see it as well worth it! I love how it looks and feels and my pitbull sleeps in late now too lol! Great bed and in my opinion great company.

The Alexander Signature medium was very soft and felt good at first but I developed terrible back pain and it was not supportive enough. The bed also sleeps hot. After I contacted customer service they offered to replace the mattress with a firm one. They also gave me the wool and cotton mattress cover to help with the heat of the mattress. I was reluctant to try another bed but agreed to give it a try. The good news is that it is firm, so I don't have any more back pain, but I absolutely cannot sleep on my side without having shoulder and hip pain. I will be contacting customer service again once my 30 day trial period is over. I really wanted to like this bed but unfortunately it did not work for me. For someone who wants a really soft or firm bed, it might be a good choice.

Was hoping to eliminate my shoulder pain when sleeping on my side. It's better, but not gone.
Bed was perfect for back support when it arrived in April (3 months ago), but now is less firm and my body position has changed over time due to this.
The surface layer of foam has seemed to haved stretched out and when you get off the mattress, it is lumpy as the top layer of foam does not settle back down to the rest of the mattress. Makes it look like you have pajamas under the covers when you make the bed. Should have contacted Nest before the 100 days were up.
Much more difficult to roll over than a traditional mattress.

Mattress has been great and exceeded expectations. It's not too soft and not too firm, and I love not having a box spring. Admittedly, I'm not a mattress expert, but so far I've loved this purchase.

This is an outstanding mattress. It does everything well or a above average except maybe heat retention. I tend to sleep really hot and it's rarely an issue but when it is it's noticeable with this mattress. I am a back and side sleeper and I've noticed my sleep improve in every aspect including duration of sleep and aches and pains when I wake up.

I do not notice my side of the bed has lost any of its firmness, however, there is a firmer vertical line in the middle compared to each side. I have only had this mattress 5 months.
