Nice but not for me

Very comfortable mattress but has lost much of the initial support over the year I've owned it. Additional, I suffer from a back pain and this mattress does not support me in the way I need it to.

Slept well, for a few months

Started off great, great support and comfort. Then I started to sleep hot and tried changing the sheets and Comforter to solve the problem. I'm less than a year in and now the bed has a noticeable deformation where I sleep despite me alternating sides and positions to prevent that. I was expecting more from a top line product like the Alexander Signature.

Based on its construction, this mattress is overall very soft, yet it supports the areas that need supporting. It's considered by the manufacturer to be "medium."

This bed ruins vacations.

We have noticed that when we take vacations, we can't wait to get back home so we can sleep on our bed again. It's way better than any hotel bed we've been on. It's so comfortable.. so crazy comfortable.

not a very good mattress, side is slumping after 1 year

You get what you pay for. started out optimistically, but have never felt comfortable on the mattress. it is slumping on one side and thinking about giving up and going back to a traditional mattress. a complete waste of time and money, in fact, it has started to cause restlessness and pain in my back that I haven't experienced previously. its a sad day when i prefer to sleep on the couch than my bed. not sure about cuatomer aervice, but thinking about calling the store.

Sleeps Hot

You can tell that it is a well built mattress but it sleeps very hot. I had a tear in the mattress upon delivery and the customer service was great. If I were buying again I would look for something that sleeps cooler.

Hybrid Mattress

I ordered the Alexander Medium. I was not satisfied with the sleep. After 2 months, I contacted Nest and was satisfied with how quickly they exchanged the medium Alexander mattress for the Hybrid. The hybrid mattress slept much better for my tastes. However, body lumps have started to develop in the area I usually sleep. The lumps do go away after a few days of not sleeping in that area however this is not what I expect from a mattress that is less than a year old.

Good bed

I originally tried the Casper mattress but found it to be too firm. I corresponded with the owner of Nest and he was able help me find the right firmness in his mattress line. I have found the bed to be very comfortable and sleep well in it. The mattress appears to be of good quality (though I've only had it 6 months) but the outer fabric has started to buckle slightly. This appears to only be cosmetic and does not affect the comfort of the bed. I find the bed's temperature to be good, but my partner complains that it makes her sleep a little too hot.
