Advertised lifetime Warranty- Is no warranty

The Bed is Disintegrating right under us!! I called and sent pictures and once I mentioned the lifetime warranty, that was the end of the discussion. Randy is completely ignoring me. Not a reputable company.

No response for warranty - Remote died and now I'm stuck

We purchased the complete Split Cal King adjustable bed setup. Remote worked for a few years, but was always "spotty". You had to "aim" the remote at just the right spot. We dealt with it. Now, the remotes (one for each side) don't work at all, despite hours of trouble shooting. I contacted REM to see if what the warranty would get me. To my pleasant surprise, the President emailed me back, requesting me to take a picture of my remotes, and text the picture to him. No reply, and it's been a week. We are in the market for a new set of mattresses, as the REM mattresses compress terribly in the middle, and provide no more support. They actually cause incredible back pain when you sleep on your side. I have not been impressed with the product. I feel terrible about having to chuck this whole system to the landfill, but REM doesn't support the product, so that's what will happen. Please be wary of the home shows that pitch this product as the solution to everything. Thousands of dollars later, there is no warranty support. Buyer beware.

High price for average bed

Bought at the homeshow and tested it for 45 minutes. Was very comfortable till I got mine at home. It was $6500.00 which was twice the cost of my sleep number and not as comfortable. Don't loose the control because a replacement for a cheaply made control was $144.00. What an absolute ripoff for a little controller that probably cost $3.00 to make.

Worst customer service I've ever seen

I've had better customer service ordering $5.00 products. It's absolutely inexcusable, when selling a $5,000 product to have such horrible customer service! I can't share the whole experience, because there is a limit on words and its a long story. We were told our bed would arrive in 6 weeks. During that time we never once received a call from Randy, even after 6 weeks passed with no bed. Then after we called him and got a second date, which again when it didn't happen, we had to call him first. We got several delivery dates, I ended up taking 3 days off because we weren't informed early enough that it wasn't going to happen that day. Then we got the most uncomfortable mattresses we'd ever slept on. After a month Randy agreed to exchange them. Another month of zero customer service, we got new ones. It took a month of me feeling like I was sleeping on the same original mattress, to find out my husband's mattress was amazingly soft. I texted Randy and explained we definitely had 2 different mattresses, he seemed sceptical, but agreed to ship a new one ups. I'm still waiting. Again he never called to say when it would ship out, I had to text him. Any other company selling a $5000 product would have a website, where I could track my order. Any other company selling a $5000 product would hire at least one customer service representative to make contact with customers. To inform them estimated delivery time at first and later CALL THEM with actual dates. Then after a week CALL Them to inquire about their satisfaction. Most companies send a "how did we do survey" so they can see what they should improve on. I complained to Randy more than once about his horrible customer service skills, he was completely unapologetic. His skills are great, until you sign the papers, then he is done with you and is totally put out to be bothered by customers who just spent $5000 wanting information. He doesn't have time to be bothered with contacting you, and apparently to cheap to hire someone to do it for him.

Best bed we have owned

I have the split king adjustable bed that can be blue toothed for timers. We also have the massage feature. We were looking for a adjustable bed that was affordable. The lifetime warranty and personal customer service put this bed out front. Super comfortable. I highly recommend this bed.

What A Mistake

All I can say after the first month and now 3 years later is this bed SUCKS. And the support I got from the company follows suit. I wish I could remember the president of the company's name. The warranty as far the salesman said versus the company is non-existant. I hate this bed and so does my wife.............

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Randy and Eddie...

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Randy and Eddie for helping my 84 year old mother and 81 year old father in their time of need. Now my mother can sleep in a real bed and no longer has to sleep in her recliner as she recovers from pneumonia! More companies should follow REM bed’s exemplary example of customer service! When I discovered that my mother, recently recovering from pneumonia, had been sleeping in her recliner for the past week after her hospital discharge, I immediately contacted my siblings and we pitched in to purchase her a REM bed. Having owned a REM bed for the last two years, I was certain that both of my parents would love it as much as my husband and I do. Upon contacting REM, the owner, Randy Maddix, actually picked up the phone. Impressive! Randy offered to send both the Paradise (medium firm) and the Martinique (medium soft) models to my parents so they could try both and make an informed decision as to which model each of them preferred. Randy stepped up and expedited the delivery due to my mother’s health situation. Awesome customer service! Eddie Karban was the delivery person. He did an excellent job going above and beyond to deliver the bed in a timely manner! He set up the beds very efficiently and quickly, explaining how the bed and the remote controls worked to my parents. When Eddie left, my parents felt confident they knew everything they needed to know about the bed. He and my father got along really well, too. \Well done, Eddie! After the REM bed is delivered, my father shared, "This bed is very comfortable. I woke up after the first night sleeping on it and my back didn't hurt! I love this bed!" He is very adverse to change, so this is amazing! Unfortunately, my mother felt that her side of the bed was too soft. My mother tried the firmer side and really liked it! Once again, I called Randy and let him know that my mother preferred the same model as my father. Randy didn’t hesitate to replace her bed. Order your REM bed today!

Love My Bed

I contacted REM Sleep solutions as I had seen them at our fair. I asked them some questions on their website. By the next day the owner Randy personally called me. I have had 6 major back surgeries and have numerous rods and screws in my back. He went over all of the products and helped me with the right mattress for myself & my wife. I went back to the fair tried out the beds and Randy had already emailed his salesperson about me and my needs. He also offered us a special price and some extras. Delivery day. The guys who delivered our bed had a blow out on their truck tire. We live way out in the country. They were 100% focused on our delivery and set up as well as going over the operation of our new bed. I was trying to get them down the road before the tire place was closing so they weren't stuck for the night. Great people great company Increfible product. I'm so much more comfortable. After 6 major back surgeries it's nice to wake up after a good nights sleep with much less soreness than I had been experiencing. Do yourself a favor look at this company and their products. Call and talk to Randy the owner. He will take the time to speak with you and help you find the correct product. I truly appreciate their professionalism

Miss Our REM!!!

We bought this bed for our new condo in California five years ago, where we spend the winter each year. We fell in love with it at the end of a very busy and tiring day making plans for renovations to the condo. We decided to go to a home show, and there we tried out the REM, and immediately ordered it. Then we thought we might have made a mistake, as it was so expensive (the fifth most expensive thing we owned after homes and cars), and wondered if we might have bought it just because of the fatigue factor at the home show. NOT TRUE!! We loved it from the first night we slept in it, (after a couple of days of prescribed off-gassing of the mattress). We have been grateful ever since. Our arthritis aches and pains have been greatly reduced, our hours of real sleep greatly increased. And during the too warm nights where we live, we sleep cool and comfortable. We missed our REM so much every spring when we returned to Massachusetts, but thought it was just a California-made and locally available product. Besides, it was rather expensive. Five years later I decided to inquire about whether it could be delivered to us in the East. Surprisingly the REM is available here, and I would recommend this bed to anyone anywhere in the country, just as I have recommended it to friends living in California. This is a truly superior product, AND, important to us, 100% made in America, and certified safe materials.
