We bought our REM Bed, Martinque mattress, at the Hartford, CT home show in October 2009. We had such a terrific time with our friends buying the bed from John, the REM salesman. We could tell he loved selling the beds and the company he worked for. We have been very happy with the bed and can completely control our sleep position, through "the powerRem" feature. Just being able to make even slight changes in your position during the night with the remote is wonderful. The massage unit is great for adding the additional relaxation before sleep or at anytime during the day. We bought the gortex mattress cover and between that and the mattress, we are neither too cold or too hot. We love having the split bed, and it stays together with no problem. We love having the ability to individually control our own bed. When we got the bed we thought that we had limited warranty from the Reverie information, but saw, and now know that REM provides an additional "unlimited lifetime warranty". Just recently we called the owner of REM Sleep Solutions, (Randy Maddix) about concerns with the middle of the bed being softer than the sides and without hesitation he is sending a replacement mattress for both sides. We are paying a small fee for shipping. The return policy ranks among the best companies, such as Norstrom and Costco return policy. We highly recommend the REM Sleep Solutions. Visit your Home Shows where REM showcases their beds. We got a great discount there. We bought the Cal King bed and it was significantly discounted, and our friends got the same great deal!
