iSleep is an excellent choice

iSleep comes with a 20 year warranty. We have had ours 10 years and it is like new. Their customer service is excellent. I would recommend iSleep to anyone looking for a new bed.

When it's Good it's Very Very Good, When Not, They Fix It

This is a very responsive company. The bed was a huge improvement over my previous bed and I couldn't wait to get home and jump right in it. My back and neck never felt better. When you own a bed for 11 years, there are bound to be hiccups. I bought this bed right after the company started, so in a sense I had their beta bed. One morning I woke and there was no air in there. I was sleeping on the foundation. They responded right away and sent a new inner air mattress for the bed along with instructions on how to take things apart and replace it. Most recently I had issues with a ghost in the pump. It would just decide to inflate and deflate at random in the middle of the night. (Or maybe a mouse was tap dancing on the controls, who knows?!) I wrote to the company and now have their wonderful newly designed pump. It works great and I'm sleeping better than ever.

Chiropractic Bed Indeed

As a chiropractor I focus on the back and neck. The same is true with this company. I highly recommend these beds as I own three of them and will be buying a fourth soon.

Love to Adjust!

Great Customer Service when warranty issue came up. Larry was very responsive and knowledgeable. Just replaced the pump and we so appreciate the new controls. Much easier to adjust to find that perfect setting.

Great Support!!

My wife and I have both left on this bid for almost 10 years. We have been most pleased with the flexibility to be able to adjust the bed to whatever hardness or softness that we might require at any point in time. Occasionally I will have some back pain after working in the yard and will harden up the bed a bit to better support my back. Adjustability is what traditional inner springs or memory foam mattresses lack. I tried to Sleep Number mattress test and did not feel as comfortable on that bed as I do on the I Sleep mattress. We have been very pleased to this point with this mattress. Customer support has been great for the few times that we have had to call.

Great Product, Good Company, and Very Helpful Personnal

I would not hesitate to purchase another one of these beds. The company response to a couple of minor problems was outstanding and the staff was a pleasure to do business with. I purchased the bed on the recommendation of my chiropractor because of back issues and have never regretted it. I can honestly say that it immediately helped improve my back problems and allows me to get a good reliable sleep night after night.

Decent bed, for the money - 20 year warranty, to boot!

We had a problem with the adjustable portion, of the bed. After trying to figure out the best option, iSleep replaced part of the bed with proper, adjustable, new parts. It now works much better, as it should and has remote control, instead of wired to bed. :) My side works pretty well, as far as adjusting firmness - my husband would like his side firmer, yet control is at its firmest settling. :) All in all, it's a good bed & works for us. With a 20 year warranty, what do you have to lose?
