Hi E.Q. -- We're sorry to hear about your negative experiences, but you're saying a lot of very harsh, overarching statements based on a negative experience with Sleepy's customer service. Sagging in that manner is not typical of our beds, and should your bed sag to the point of qualifying for a warranty claim (the terms of which are spelled out very specifically in the warranty which came with your bed and can also be found online), it is Sleepy's responsibility to act on your claim and file a replacement for you.

We're so sorry to hear about these issues with the Radiant mattresses. Just so everyone knows, the standard for warrantable impression depth on these models is 1.5" -- if they are requesting that they wait til you have a 2" impression, please send an email to info [at] carolinamattressguild [dot] com explaining your situation so that we can help remedy it and get you the support that you need.
