got it to replace grand rapids plush

Still too firm... and took forever to get this one after complaining about the grand rapids one... to the salesman that I couldn't sleep at all yhe first three nights... expressed my concerns about it being the wrong one and they postponed twice to getting me this once which is only very slightly softer. ... but nothing uniquely similar to the show room where I was shown the original. ... I must just not agree with this brand. ...

Total piece of junk.

Absolutely no support. Wake up everyday with a backache. Big waste of money.Will never buy another Simmons again.

poor quality for paying almost 2K dollars

I purchased a mattress and some other items, for a total of $1,684.34 from the south university store in Davie less than 90 days ago. The mattress was dropped off with my wife when delivered, and she was not asked to inspect it. We recently discovered that a portion of the pillowtop buckles up and is not held down by the buttons. I took a video on my iphone and brought it back to the store to speak with Manny. Manny works there, but I had originally bought the mattress from a young lady named Drew. I showed the video to Manny, and he stated "you still need to pay the warranty inspection fee, regardless of what you are showing me, then on top of it, you will need to pay a $70 delivery fee for a new mattress if needed........I dont make the rules so sorry.......here is a number you can call but I cant guarantee that they will pick up, sometimes I call and it takes me 25 times to actually get through" With that, I thanked him and left. I went home and Manny was right. I called about 20 times and finally got through. A hispanic sounding many answered. I told him that I would like to please speak with Drew the DM......he put me on hold for 25-30 minutes, which is very frustrating, then the phone hung up! I then proceeded to call back and each time the phone would pick up then hang up immediately. After 1 hour, the same person picked up finally and asked for my phone number and said that I would recieve a call back. THIS WAS AFTER 47 PHONE CALLS TO GET THROUGH TO SOMEONE. I run a very large company where I have 19 direct reports and oversee 25,000 employees. Im shocked to know that this is how your company is run. I looked online and got the number of, what I thought was, the central office in Ohio. The gentleman picked up and told me that his Mattress One is in no way affiliated with the company out of Florida, but he said that he has had so many people call over the years that he has the mattress one florida's customer service numbers for central and south florida on hand.

mattress has a "wow" in it,,,,,this is my 2nd mattress

This is my 2nd mattress and it has a "wow"....sinking in after a few weeks of use, and no, I only weigh 125lbs. Very dissapointed in this mattress.

Bad Mattress

Simmons Kitner Firm - Sags, back and neck pain - Company request that we keep it longer claims it does not leave a deep enough body impression. All you need is a 1.5 inch impression which is what ours does. You can seen more of the impression with the sheets on. It's time to have a Lemon Law for mattress. They need a way for buyers to check out mattress, a few minutes laying on one in the store does not tell you if it's right for. The firmness is fine but it is breaking down and they expect us to sleep on it longer. This is a HEALTH problem. Unable to get a good nights sleep. We should not have to endure having back and neck pain for their convenience. The truth is they do not want to refund our money and I do not want an exchange the same thing will happen. I read in a review that someone had a mattress exchanged 3 times. Better Business Bureau gives Simmons a (C) rating lowest for any mattress company.

This bed is absolutely the worst bed I have ever had.

I would have returned this bed after the first few weeks, but the friends that helped us move in tore off the tags and we we told we couldn't return it. I get up during the night and sleep on the couch. I have backaches, and pressure points areas.s. Hate this mattress. My husband rolls off the side if he gets to close cause there is no side supports. We have rotated it around but then only gives me my us bands intentions! Can't flip it cause it is a pillow top. Paid a lot of money for this mattress and it it terrible.
