I sat on this mattress and others just like it. They were mush. There's a huge difference between plush and mush. Plush is luxurious. Mush is painful. Completely inadequate support. This mattress is atrociously painful...horrible low back pain after just a few hours. No way to get comfortable. I can sleep comfortably almost anywhere in any position...side, back, abdomen. This mattress is PAINFUL in EVERY position...side, back, abdomen.

I am a side sleeper and within a week of having this mattress my hips hurt about and hour into sleeping. Tried to exchange with Ashley Furniture within that week and they would not exchange or let me return. I told the salesman I did not want a mattress with memory foam and this is what he suggested. I don't think he knew what he was selling.

Had a slight dip in middle of bed ,and one side softer and somewhat saggier than the other from the beginning .
On day 2 of receiving I thought I should turn it around as other side seems just right.
Leons will be replacing it for same, hopefully no defects Ultra Garrett cushion firm mattress next time.
Was on sale. so if same all over a good buy and value, Lady said 50-50 % chance the next one will be the same. I don't believe that's possible or Leon's would have an issue w Beautyrest.

After about a year, this bed began to develop significant depressions on both sides which have made sleep difficult and caused back pain for my husband and myself. Our previous mattress was comfortable for more than 15 years, so we were surprised and very disappointed to find this mattress nearly unusable after just two years. Today we submitted a warranty claim with Simmons and are waiting to hear their response.

I'm soo unhappy and deprived of sleep. This is the second mattress I've had from this place and both sagged within a month. Now the business says they won't refund my 500.00 bucks. The beds make my hip bones hurt and sometimes my arms fall asleep. Very dissatisfied.

We originally purchased this mattress 3 years ago. Within 2 months we had a warranty claim and for sagging in the middle. So we get the next one and it lasted about 18 months or so. Filed another claim. Got a 3 mattress delivered for $85, and it has lasted 6 weeks. This one is worse than the others. 3inch depression in the center. Turned in another claim and said under no circumstances do we want this piece of #@@%, again. Waiting to here from Simmons. Worst purchase ever. But I will say the warranty claim has been processed quickly. Only good thing.

It is the most flimsy mattress I've ever slept on. It feels like a heavenly cloud at first. You think wonderful thoughts of, "holy cow, what an awesome deal! What are people doing wasting money on the high end stuff?"
Then, a month goes by. You already have a 3-5 inch depression where you sleep. So...you return it, pay the $100 shipping for a new one, and chock it up to bad manufacturing. Only...the replacement turns into crater city within a month, too.
Do NOT buy this mattress. It is deceiving instore and on the first few weeks of ownership, but its life is measured in weeks, not years. I have MAJOR lower back pain from this junk pile of a mattress, and can barely put my socks on at the ripe old age of 25. Seriously, DO NOT GET THIS MATTRESS, unless you are under 150 lbs and never sleep in the same spot twice.
