This mattress needs to be renamed the Coma

Absolutely love this mattress I sleep more sound than I have in years. I’ve told my husband we will call it the coma.

Warranty is useless!

This is my second king koil. The 1st one I had 15 years was amazing. I upgraded to the most expensive this time and it’s been horrible. I’ve tried to get the manufacturer to replace it and they have been no help. I will never buy from them again. So sad that they have so little care for their customers or pride in their product.

Sagging within a month

Deep sagging in the center within a month. Horrible support. My 10 year old mattress was better than this new one a month in

Does not last

Start was good, but poor quality soon showed up. Within 2 years had to replace mattress. Company said they would be happy to take a look at the mattress for possible repairs if we ship it back to them. Easier to just buy something else. Which lasted much much longer. Would not recommend and will not purchase from again.

Horrible customer service

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My mattress started showing manufacture defects around 9 months. I ended up working with an executive trying to get my bed covered by the warranty, he was laid off and i have heard nothing for the last 5 months. My wife and i cannot even sleep in it at this point. Worst service ever.

mattress sags 1 inch after 4 months.

King koil will not do anything about this matress. They said it would have to be at least 1 1/2 inch of sagging! THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. I have a mattress over 25 years old with NO sagging. This was an expensive mattress and I would expect better customer service than this. Do NOT PURCHASE a mattress from king koil!!!!!

Don't waste your Money

This is the third mattress. The Sleep Store replaced it twice.We went to 2 twin XLs instead of the King. Within weeks, the mattress sags and there is an indent where your body lays. This makes it uncomfortable to sleep. NOT what we expected for the money. I've written to King Koil and received no response.

HORRIBLE MATTRESS!!!

We purchased this P.O.S. mattress from Mattress Giant in 2005. Within 5 months we had them come out because we had deep body ruts that were visible when the bed was made!. At this time they came out and replaced the box springs. After 4 more years the body ruts were so horribly deep in our tempered top that you had to physically pick yourself up to roll over and manually pull yourself out of the bed. After putting up with monnths of discomfort we finally contacted the warranty department who informed us that th 10 year warranty was void because there was a spot on the mattress. (Soda knocked over by the dog!) This King Mattress cost $2700. DO NOT BUY A KING KOIL BED!!!!

Decent Innerspring Mattress with Pillowtop

I purchased this mattress several years ago from the now defunct Rockaway Bedding. Other than the first night getting used to it, I've had fairly restful night's sleep on it with no major complaints.
