Ultimate self care?

Never slept better or cooler. After a year it still looks gorgeous and brand new. I'm sure this is mostly psychological because of how much I spent but going to bed every night still feels like some ultimate form of self care. I'm heavy and spend a lot of time in bed so I expected to destroy this thing but there's no hint of sagging so far in the mattress or base. It has a very light wool scent which I love and basically puts me to sleep now. The quality of stitching on the mattress and the upholstery on the base/headboard is amazing and I spend a lot of time just looking at it all. Flipping it can be kind of an ordeal. I do love the Tiara and higher models but it's definitely a trade-off to make the mattress heavier with extra layers of coils. These have kind of a.. not exactly firm, but contouring, supportive feel. You don't sink into them, you float over the springs and barely notice the bed under you. If you're looking for that fluffy "sinking-in" feeling you'll want a topper or possibly a different kind of bed.

Piece of Garbage! It's like a cheap lumpy futon.

After just four months we've got deep indentation where we sleep, and we're light weight. The center of the mattress seems to have risen up as a result of the bad support where we sleep. It feels like we're sleeping on a lumpy futon without proper smooth support. What a horrible mattress! What a waste of money! Retailers will tell you it's a good mattress, but it's garbage. Read the reviews of the owners and understand that you should run away from this Vispring company. Don't even consider buying a mattress from them. We bought the mattress because it contains no foam, but never expected such a bad feeling mattress.

Awful service and awful bed

Avoid at all costs. Unreliable delivery. Defective bed. And now embarked on a 6 months super deceptive journey for the company is avoiding fulfilling the guarantee despite of having recognized the defect. Immense rip off

Very disappointed

This company is patently dishonest, and once you've entered the mousetrap you will regret it. This mattress has caused us pain and stiffness but lately it is sagging and warped. We are not large people so I am very disappointed considering the cost more than $3000 and now it is too heavy to move out to the trash. Their guarantee is just a trick they won’t honor once your mattress has the signs of being wear. 30 years back pain guarantee !

Not recommending this company

I ordered a mattress from Vispring in Harrods for almost £5000 pounds. It's been 8 months and I still didn't receive it. First, the mattress arrived in a smaller version and was promised to grow, which it didn't. Second, they refused to change it. Third, only after my lawyer contacted them they decided to change the mattress. Finally, the mattress arrived, but once more. It is still small! So, same as 8 months ago, I'm still without a mattress, plus it is not that comfortable. The managers of the company didn't help at all. My suggestion for other clients like me: Look for another mattress company to not loose your money and time.

A warm summers night sleeping on a field of cotton.

I was looking for a mattress that would last and that was crafted from all natural products. After weeks of researching many brands of mattresses. I came upon Vi-spring. I have to say, I was more then a little sticker shocked. Started asking questions... why was this mattress so much more? What was so special and what made it different? I soon had all the information and was very happy it fit everything I was seeking and more. Natural fabric, no latex or foam rubber and hand crafted to boot! One report I read said: Vi-spring mattress was cut open after 70+ years and was still like new and no bed bugs where found. Next mission was to find a Vi-spring within my budget range above their entry level mattress. ( Vi-springs entry level are still a very, very well made mattress) However, I was seeking a thicker mattress with more wool and double springs. Finally, I narrowed it down to Vi-spring Tiara Superb and the Vi-spring Limited Edition Europa. Final choice was the Europa Limited Edition. Due to the fact it exclusive natural fillings: Platinum Certified real Shetland wool and cotton. I have now owned my mattress 3+ years and it is like brand new still. My rest has never been more peaceful. There was no getting used to it or breaking it in, like some mattress companies say. It is made to cradle your body from head to toe. No sore spots or stiff back & neck. Very easy to get in and out of bed. I am a very hot sleeper and I find it keeps me from over heating.The only drawback I find after a few days on holiday sleeping in hotels or friends beds is that I miss my bed! I also feel it is worth the money if you have the extra to spend! Vi-spring mattresses are mostly made to order. However, you may find a floor sample on sale if you search long enough.

Well constructed, luxury mattress with some issues

My mattress arrived several weeks ago, and while its obviously well made, I have struggled with the sense that the center of the mattress is softer than the edges. Vispring has tighter springs at the edge and softer in the center, because I have a full size mattress the difference between edge and center feels more pronounced. I would prefer a more consistent feel to the mattress from edge to center.

What A Bummer!

When I purchased this mattress, I was so excited to have a GREAT mattress. And it WAS great, for nearly a year. Then I started waking up with IMMENSE back, neck, hip pain. If I'd moved to my stomach, it was extremely painful to roll over, sometimes making me yelp with pain. NOTE: I am very fit and do bikram yoga about 6 days a week. I figured something was wrong with the mattress. Vispring sent someone to check, informed me that mattress was fine but that I could swap it once, as a courtesy, to a different firmness for a $700 shipping fee. Instead, I bought a $100 foam topper from Amazon. Which corrected the issues completely. I wish I had just spent the $100 to top my old mattress instead of spending over $3k on a mattress that needed amending to be sleep-able. :/
