My back hurts. Got a sag in middle. Had less than 6 months. No springs in it?? I have just wood under it. Wth? I could have bought a great bed. Not happy.
When it was first delivered I slept like a baby but 6 months in the bed started to creak and Crack and with the noise from it then the neck and back soreness. Very disappointed with the money I invested in the furniture I purchased. Will not shop there ever again
I got this mattress 2 days ago and I had noticed a slight dip in the middle after the first night of sleeping on it but it was way worse when I woke up this morning, I only weigh 100 lbs. I am trying to brush it off but when it is hard to sleep because there is a dip in the middle that is very hard to do. My old mattress was about 20 years old and had much better durability. I am hoping that if I try and use my warranty they will allow me to replace my mattress but if I can't I am going to be pissed. My previous mattress have me the worst back and mech pain imaginable and I am 16 I am not going to be able to sleep if I have to deal with this mattress until I move out.

Don't waste your money on the Perfect Care 3000! It started sagging where I slept after only a few months old. I'm only 140 pounds which makes it even more ridiculous. It creates awful pressure points and in under a year is already extremely broken down. It's visually wavy across the top and it rolls you toward the middle when you lay on it. I honestly wondered if this was an old bed that got recovered or something. Stay away!

Bought new Stewart & Hamilton Perfect Care 4000 series Queen mattress May of 2013. Had to have the mattress replaced a year later, due to sags and sides giving out. Just had it replaced again for same reason just a little over a year later. We are not huge people, nor do we sit on the sides. It was initially very comfortable but does not last. The 10 year warranty is honored with pictures.
The store where we purchased has wonderful staff & no attitudes.

I purchase a set of mattress &box spring all most 3 yrs ago & now they are coming apart from the springs and in the middle of the bed has a dip.
But they going to tell me it's not a manufacturer defect don't under stand y not w springs coming through on the sides. But the bad thing about it I just took the plastic off the bed about 3 was ago.
They don't stand behind there warranty. But no one have that kind of money to through away. I both a set at big lot and last longer then that.
It's worse than the 8 year old one we were sleeping on!
We got our bed on Feb.14, 2015, at American freight in Rome ga. We were assured the bed was " guaranteed for 10 years".We had slept on it less than 2 WEEKS before I began to notice the sag on each side where my partner and I had slept. I called them, and was told immediately we could not return it because the PLASTIC HAD BEEN REMOVED!!! What????? Who sleeps with the PLASTIC on the mattress??? Not a fan of getting screwed around!! We have been to the magistrates office and are now going to court ... yay!!! We just wanted our money back. Not trying to MAKE money off them! Just wanted a good bed!!! If you're shopping, DON'T GO TO AMERICAN FREIGHT!
ive had 3 now. warrenty is worthless and quality is a joke dips in 6 months and fabrics ravels up like lint in a dryer and warrenty is limited less than year even though told "10 years" LIES!
