    Macy's Hotel Brand bed

    Macy's as well as the Hotel brand from Stearns & Foster leave much to be desired. Probelms from the start and horrible comfort and terrible service. Felt NOTHING like the display model and there were loose threads between quilts since we received it. Replacement model had the same problem and Macy's wanted to charge a restocking fee even though it was a defective product. We're done with both Macy's and S & F!!!

    do not buy

    6k mattress, paid half off, still expensive, sucks, in two months such sinkage if you roll to other side of mattress you must roll up hill, they replaced once now for second time say it is normal wear and tear? really in two months, we were told when we bought guarenteed 10 years against such issues, what they do not tell you is it has to sink over 1.5 inches, even then it is fight to get mattress replaced. we wake up every morning with back aches. DO NOT BUY

    Stay Away from Macy's

    We bought a Hotel Collection mattress about 3 or 4 years ago and spent $2600 on a king set. Within 3 months, both sides started sagging, causing the center to rise. We called Macy's and they replaced it but would only replace it with the same model. After another 6 months the same thing happened and we called again. This time, we were told that it was not sagging enough and they refused to replace it. Macy's customer service was outright nasty and the girl threatened to cancel the warranty. We are going today to get something else and will never shop at Macy's again. It was wonderful for 3 months but is now the worst mattress we have ever had.

    Sags

    We purchased the complete set from a local retailer. After less than 3 weeks both sides there were sags. Contacted the retailer and they said Stearns & Foster would do nothing unless it was over 1.5". Well, our right now is 1". I was not informed prior to purchases this may happen, it is so bad that I will not take friends or family into my bedroom as even with the bed made there are indentations. Shame on both the retailer and Stearns & Foster for not supporting their product. Guess we can't manufacture good products anymore!

    Started out ok

    The mattress was very confortable when we bought it, we tried almost every bed in the store and shopped around quite a bit. There are sags on both mine and my wife's sides adding our to morning back pain and we are now after only about 7 years having to replace the most expensive mattresss we have ever owned. I thought it would last longer than this.

    Hate my alarm clock

    I love my bed. It's perfectly firm with a gorgeous layer of plush on top. It provides a terrific amount of support for my lower back. From the first night it arrived, I have slept like a log on it.
