Serta Vera Wang mattress can feel springs bottom out on
This Vera Wang mattress about four years old was not right from the start. I would have not kept this mattress if it were not for I had already did one comfort exchange. I can feel myself bottom out feeling the firmness of the springs in the mattress. The mattress is said to be semi plush, is a tight top mattress but sleep on it just in the first month could feel my hips against something hard in which that is why I suggested I was bottoming out. I am not a heavy person so that is not the reason for this hard bottom out feeling. Hip pain got worse and ended up trying multiple foam toppers to make up for this awful Serta Vera Wang mattress set. Vera Wang I believe is only the appearance and fabric used you see on the outside of the mattress and none other than that.
At first, this mattress seemed amazing. Not too firm, not too soft. It supported my body, kept me relatively cool at night, and I slept like the dead. After just 3 months of ownership I noticed the fill in the pillow top getting bunched up, and now that it's over a year old, the mattress is very lumpy. It's become very hard in spots, so I have to move around to get to a soft spot so I can sleep. I expected this mattress to last at least 5 years, and at this point it doesn't look like it's going to make it to 2 years before I have to replace it. Obviously, I'm pretty disappointed in the quality. Bottom line: I would have been better off purchasing a $500 mattress somewhere else.

I thought this mattress would be soft like I'm sleeping on a cloud, but it gives me hip and back pain (I'm only 30). I've only had it for a 2 weeks and it's already dented. I'm not heavy...just 125lbs. It's literally the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever purchased.

Purchased for guest bedroom at our vacation home. Love this mattress so much that we've all but abandoned our own bed in favor of this one. Hubby likes a firm mattress, I prefer soft. We both love this mattress.

Worst mattress one can ever buy. The mattress is completely sagged. Me and my partner keeps bumping into each other. I spent more than a 1000 bucks on it, which turned out to complete rip off as mattress sagged completely in less than 2 years. They denied the warranty by lying that mattress has stains. Now that I read the reviews it shows , sagging is their typical problem. Don't waste our money and ruin your sleep , buying
"Trump Serta " mattress'. I wish I had read the reviews before buying the mattress.
Excellent mattress for those who suffer from neck/back pain
ive had this mattress for nearly 2.5 weeks and my back and neck pain disappeared after a week on sleeping on this mAttress, I sleep on my back stomache and side and my husband sleeps on his side, and this bed in firm is the perfect bed for sleeping in any of these positions.
