This mattress was heaven on earth when we purchased it new. Our love affair lasted only about 3 years when we began to notice "wheel ruts" where we slept in our king size bed. We spun the mattress to alleviate the positioning issues but to no avail. Now we are in our 5th going on 6th year of owning this mattress and need frequent chiropractic adjustments for low back and neck pain. Our original investment was under $1200, thankfully the store was closing and allowing deep discounts, although we expected more than 5 or 6 years of service for that cost. I was thinking of trying a latex topper to increase firmness and support but after reading reviews by other long term users it may be throwing "good money after bad"! It WAS a great mattress too bad it didn't last!

Purchased this mattress about two years ago and must say I have never slept so goo!!!!! Very very comfortable and does not get hot. We don't wake up with back aches as we did on our previous mattress. Love love love it and would recommend it to everyone!!!!
Mark, the store manager, was patient and helpful as we looked for a guest bedroom mattress. He listened to our concerns and offered options - even suggested some parameters for consideration. Felt he was looking to fill our needs, including financial considerations.
This bed was given to my husband & I, as a gift from a church family friend. we needed a new bed sooo bad, but could not afford one. I had surgery just one day before this bed was delivered to our little house. My birthday was the next day!! :-) This was the best birthday that I've had in years. And it's my 50th b- day... GOD has blessed us, with the bed of my dreams. This gift from our friend will never be forgotten. Luv it!! :-)
I was pleased at the price and the comfort. But I've slept 3 nights on this mattress set, and it is hot. I do not have hot flashes, and I sleep with a ceiling fan turned on low. I even slept in a different bed in another room just to compare. So I know it is not ME.
love this mattress no complaints only complaint from the wife is I don't want get out of bed on the weekends.
it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever had in 60 years of sleeping! ! !

This mattress is awful. Started having impressions in it within 1 year of purchase. Very dissapointed in the durability of the mattress. I wake up everyday with lower back pain and hip pain. Don't buy!!! Currently waiting on a decision from the warranty department. The warranty examiner also stated he has the mattress and hates it.

I am used to buying good quality mattresses that need replacing every 7-10 years. I've had this mattress for barely 2 years and it is already a sagging squishy mess. When you sit on the side it literally dips right down to the box spring and rolling over on it is like digging yourself out of a ditch just to fall back in. I've described it as like sleeping in pudding to friends. It makes for a horrible night's sleep and isn't even a decent enough surface to simply sit up on to read a book and if you get too close to the edge you will literally roll right out as the edges dip down so much. It's mind blowing how much this mattress is sagging and it was over $2000 regular price & about $1500 on sale. It was definitely billed as a high end mattress by the salesperson but it certainly doesn't feel like one.
Bought two of these mattresses from jc penny. The first mattress sunk in
After five weeks. Jc penny does not do exchanges
So had to purchase a second mattress. Had to return the second
Mattress. Again sunk in after three weeks. Jc penny was very difficult
To work with. Still waiting for refund on the first mattress. Poor quality
And structurally defective. Buyer beware! Also will never buy

Do not ever believe Sealy will honour "customer satisfaction" . Our Sealy is less than 2 years old, was comfortable, something has happened to each side of the top mattress. Not the pillow top but the actual mattress. When you lay on it you sink with no support, there is also a hump in the middle. When this mattress is lifted off the boxspring and is standing up it billows on both sides. We called Leons for an inspection (what a joke) we were told because they couldn't find a dip in the pillowtop, they could do nothing for us. We then called Sealy and were told the exact same thing. We asked how the inspector could understand what we were talking about without laying on the bed? The lady at Sealy said she was not doing anything for us, our mattress did not show a dip and therefore is not defective according to their "policy" So we have a 1500 piece of crap, have had extremely poor customer satisfaction, and will never never ever buy a Sealy product again, and will make sure everyone we talk to knows exactly what this company stands for " ripping off the customer, taking their money, and making it impossible to get satisfaction with a complete waste of time warranty!!!!!
