Body indentattoos after 3 months wanted to fix not replace. Drive 40 km with mattress to their warehouse then pick up AM I to rent truck . This mattress is junk . Going to have a reputable company come and replace it take this one away to the dump
We bought a mattress that was supposed to be warrantied for 20 years. We're 10 years in. On a visual inspection you can see the side is compressed and their is an impression. Impossible for two people to sleep comfortably without rolling into each other. In past, my partner and I have had our Serta or Sealy beds replaced under warranty with absolutely no hassle, a person came out and measured and checked and signed off. This time with our IronMan bed, they send a salesman to check our bed for warranty. He doesn't measure it (eyes it up) and says it's fine. He explains he doesn't have to measure because he's that good in the industry. How ridiculous to say and what a piss poor job of a check. Then the salesman lies in the bed...AND CAN'T GET UP (because he says he has a bad back). So if my bed still meets the minimal standard under warranty....why couldn't he get out of bed easy? Shouldn't a bed be GOOD for a bad back if it's still in good shape? Plus this salesman lied to my face and said my husband DID NOT offer his hand to help him get up. They've lost ALL credibility in my eyes. The bed itself - Fantastic...best bed we've ever owned. But now that we know they don't stand behind warranty - we'll never buy from them again. Plus we have promoted this bed for literally a decade now. So for the next 10 years of warranty that they refuse to honour - I commit to posting "buyer beware" reviews on a weekly basis, on all their social media (I even started a twitter account to do this) for the next 10 years. A big commitment...but unlike them, you can rely on me. So check out this company as they provide a variety of mattresses to many different distributors. I'll be going on the distributor websites also to comment.
The morons at Restwell actually expect the customer to drop the mattress off at the warehouse for inspection when the springs broke along the edge and we made a warranty claim. Hey Restwell, what are we suppose to sleep on after we’ve dropped the mattress off? Oh, and how do you expect me to strap a king sized mattress to the roof of my car and drive 100km/hr down the highway in the winter while it’s raining for the 45 minute trip to the warehouse? They refuse to send a truck to come and pick it up. The worst customer service you could possibly imagine. I will fork out the extra dollars and do business with one of the mattress in a box companies out there that have great reviews and pay the $100 to have a junk removal company come and take my piece of garbage Restwell mattress away for recycling.
I used to wake up at night all the time and had a lot of lower back pain and sore shoulders. This mattress kicks butt. The memory foam relieves pressure points. The pocketed coils confirm to my back. I don't have back pain any more. One problem is that the company delivered a double size instead of a queen and we had to send it back to get the right size but it only took a day or two and it was worth it. Great people. Great service and mistakes happen. They gave us a couple of pillows for the hassle. By far the best bed I've ever slept on. I thought the insommna was because of my age. I think it was the age of my mattress because now I wake up feeling refreshed. Really. It's that good. Spend the money if you can afford it. It's worth it.
My chiropractor told me I needed to get a new bed. This one is expensive but saves me money in the long run - I hope! Either way it's the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on and I travel for work - so hotel "fancy" beds are the usual. Restwell makes great mattresses and the Sterling Royal is by far one of the nicest I've seen.
