The bed delivered felt like an entirely different bed than the one in the show room. Way way more firm, hard. We thought we were delivered the wrong one initially but the tag on it was correct. I still think the wrong tag was added to this bed when it was manufactured. It feels like a rock. Edges aren't keeping shaping so it feels like you are sleeping on an angle and about to fall.
I have to say, I wake up pain-free from this matress (unlike my last pillowtop mattress). I have some sleep difficulties however and I do feel this mattress does not block out partner's movements as well as my other mattress (which is why I rated it a 4). But the support it provides is great and waking up pain-free is definitely a plus.
Overall, I think it was a great purchase. Store personnel were very patient as we went around trying out different mattresses before settling on this one.

I have changed this matress once afyer 6 months, and I am having the same problem again, it is like i am sinking, I called gardner white to have them change my mattess for second time but it doesn't meet de deformation spec, so I need to wait for more time to have my matress more deformed?????
I bought the floor model top mattress in the store I layed on it, it felt good, once I got it home one side of it was lower than the other side where people sat on it, I didn't fill all of that when the salesman put it on the floor, I paid 400 dollars for the same mattress I threw out that I had for ten years. Still need a new mattress set, not happy with this one at all.
About 3 or 4 years ago we upgraded to a king size Restonic mattress. At first it was wonderful! However, over the course of a year the mattress began sagging horribly (about 2 1/2 -3 inches). Weekends Only did a wonderful job of getting us a new bed. Well, here we are a year later and the mattress is sagging again (a little over 2 inches). First of all, I think anything over an inch is extremely uncomfortable, so having 2 inches as a standard seems crazy to me. I am 115 lbs. and my husband is 180 lbs. so we are not putting a lot of strain on the mattress. Once again I submitted all the info to Weekends Only and we have a credit for a new mattress. The issues is I DO NOT want another Restonic after the 2 beds have had the same issues. I am so happy the Restonic does a great job of honoring their warranty, however it is a huge inconvenience and we have been uncomfortable for quite a while. Our problem is Weekends Only has a limited selection of mattress manufactures so our choices are very limited. I wish we could just get our money back so we could go elsewhere and have more mattress choices. I am so disappointed and am at a loss of what to replace our mattress with.
Before purchasing my new mattress I felt that my arthritis had spread all over my body. Now I realize what a good mattress can do. I no longer have back or leg pain.
