What took us so long?
It's hard to put into words how great this mattress is, coupled with superior service and a super easy ordering process. We would never concieve of buying a mattress sight unseen, and we did countless hours of research before we invested in our next mattress. This was the only mattress that I could not find a negative review on anywhere. That alone prompted my curiousity, which is when I called and spoke to Kathy. It was immediately like speaking to a friend. She immediately told me about the specials they were running that month, and said that she would have the company's CEO contact me shortly. Within 30 minutes, I was on the phone with Randy. Try calling any other major company asking to speak with the CEO, and see if you get them on the phone. Randy's confidence in his product and company track record spoke for itself. He honestly explained the differences between his product and his direct competitors, and did a a great job of making me feel confident in my purchase. Based on the reviews on this website, and haven spoken to Randy, we went ahead and purchased the King sized Martinique. The bed arrived on schedule as promised, and we couldn't be happier with what we received. The shipping company damaged the bed when they used a fork lift to use it and stained the side of the mattress cover, with what appeared to be grease. I remembered Randy giving me his cell number and asked me to use it if there were any questions or problems. Randy immediately shipped out a new cover, no hesitation. We could not be happier!
