Loved this mattress, it cradled all the pressure points.
It was sad to hear that they stopped making this mattress. After 15 years I went to purchase another and it's been very hard to find anything else that will compare with comfort and price. 😦

We had this Holiday mattress to give us trouble from the start. The fountain was very noisy after only a few days and the mattress is sagging from where we lay more than our old mattress did after we had it for more than 10 years. Will never buy another Park Place mattress again. We wasted our money on this one.
This is the second Park Place mattress we have had. The first one started sagging around 2 years and they replaced it. Now this one is doing the same thing but when I emailed and called customer service, I got no where. They said it had to be sagging more than 2 inches to consider return. It is like a hammock on my husband's side and he only weighs 180 lbs. Definitely not worth the money or hassle.

When I first got this mattress, I couldn't believe how fantastic I slept! Hardly moved at all and slept soundly. But it wore out too quickly. I rotated the mattress but wound up putting a topper on it after 7 years. But it was magical at the beginning.

Park place mattress 1yr good, 2yr done deep indenting.
The first yr on this matress was just ok. After that it was so indented the sides of the matress were higher than my body and im only 140 lbs. My husband is stomach sleeper and we have both been in pain. The protector let sweat stains through so warranty is void. Do not waste your money!!! My old Simmons 10yr bed lasted 15 yrs before 1+inch indention happened.

The mattress was purchased for my 87 year old mother and shortly after the purchase she said that there was a raised area (hump) down the center of mattress . I first purchased a new mattress pad thinking that would help but it did not. Secondly , I purchased a foam pad to put under the mattress pad and this didn't help. I called store where I purchased the mattress and they sent a gentleman from their store to look at it. He pulled a twine string from his pocket and he pulled it across bed and said it didn't meet he variation requirements of 1 to 2 inches to be considered defective. He asked if we had turned it over and I told him that I couldn't turn it over alone and neither could my 87 yr old mom. He turned it over and suggested we try that. My mom tried the mattress for over two more weeks but still said she couldn't sleep in the middle because if the raised area. I called store again and was told that it didn't meet the defective test of pulling the string across mattress and that they couldn't do anything but have sales rep from Park Place call me. I was contacted by sales rep and I was told again that the defective criteria wasn't met when they measured . He then asked was she a big person ??? I answered well she is about 5ft 4 inches and weighs about 160 does that qualify as big?? Then his answer was well maybe she wasn't heavy enough to push the center down. So his theory of her being too big went to being too small - personally I have never purchased a mattress based on my weight . He started with that mattresses have a crown in center and that could be why it felt higher but I have never had that issue with any mattress I have ever owned. He then said there was nothing they could really do. I explained that she needed to be able to sleep comfortably in the center since she sleeps alone and for stability purposes but again he said he could not do anything. I am a very unhappy customer who feels the money was wasted . Very disappointed in product and customer service of Park Place mattress !

it sagged far sooner then expected considering I was the only person to use it. I never used it for any other purpose than sleeping.It got to where I could hardly stand up after a nights "rest". terrible way to start the day.
would not buy a nother one first one laid good for 3 mo. then sag then it was hurting my back then they replace it then the frist nite i sleeped on it it started saging
