Don't buy a mattress from this place. We bought a foam $2000 plus mattress and it has no support after just two years. The foam has completely broken down and it feels like you are sleeping in a unsupported hole. When the warranty inspector came they offered no solutions. They said if the visible indentation isn't over 1.5" they won't warranty claim it. The bed has no support so not sure why it matters if it only has 1.3" of dip showing. Most manufacturers have no dip qualifications or under and inch for their warranty. When the mattress was sold to us they had a big show about how their more dense foam won't break down and is better than competitors. That couldn't be further from the truth though! They don't stand behind the comfort either. I recommend staying clear.

This mattress feels very different than the one I tried in the store. It's a king and needed to be folded in half in order to bring it to an upstairs bedroom. There is supposedly a spring in the center of the mattress and I don't know if that's what created a problem, but the center and sides of the mattress feel very different than the area I sleep in. It has felt like a there's a depression since the very first night. Customer service will do nothing for this. I'm very upset I chose to buy from this company.

Mattress has held up very well, after a move, and pets. We always keep a mattress cover for protection, and after almost 4 years it looks like we just bought it. We are very pleased with it.

After one night my wife and I woke up in pain and tired from the lack of quality sleep.
Severe back pain. constantly waking all light long.
Poorly made, poor design, lifting handle broke on the first use, the mattress foam was not uniform, thick here, thin there. Lumpy, noisy.
They refuse to refund my money.
when you wake up every morning, if you feel tired and aching back, you should change the mattress.

if you can feel the spring and ridge on the surface of the mattress when you sleep, the mattress can be changed.

Bought the adjustable bed bases and mattresses to go with it. We knew within the first few days it was not for us. Yes, we made the purchase but when I asked if we could switch it out, they said they would sell us a new mattress and box spring but would not give us any type of credit towards a new purchase. The whole thing was over $2,000. They said they would donate the mattresses which we slept on but could not re-sell or donate the bases which makes no sense to me because they did not have any kind of body contact at all OR we could donate it and bring them proof and we could get a greatly reduced price on a new set. Basically, they get paid 2x (3 if they get the tax write off for their donation) and we are out even more money. Plus the bed is a bear to make up because the twin mattresses are so crammed together you can't get your hands between the mattresses to re-tuck the sheets. Please think about the whole idea of purchasing an adjustable bed before you buy. I didn't think of problems like making up the bed OR trying to get another set. I know we purchased it of our own free will but the now we are stuck with a very uncomfortable, very expensive bed.

The springs are way too firm, and the springs are the same firmness in all the mattresses so basically if your mattress gives you horrible aches and restless nights all you can do is pay to exchange it for another mattress with the same springs. The only thing different is the padding above the springs which means it is cheaper to just buy a foam pad.
I did that, i know have 4 inches of foam and still the most insanely hard mattress known to man.
Thanks a lot for nothing. Very disappointing when i work hard every day for my money, standing all day and hunching and all i want is a rejuvenating night's sleep which i paid to have

I currently own 2 from The Original Mattress Factory. The above mentioned one and their Serenity Mattress (king), and I am very pleased with both of them but the Serenity is my favorite. My only complaint would be that upon delivery they have a weird odor! It took at least 6 months for the scent to dissipate from the Serenity but, hopefully the new one will not take as long because the odor is not quite as strong. But, be warned that if you do not allow them to air out for a while the smell will definitely be in all of your bed linen!
