Why didn't I purchase a Novosbed sooner?!

It was delivered promptly as promised: Medium Firmess Full-size. I took advantage of the $100 off coupon and also bought the foundation. So easy to assemble the foundation; as soon as I'd assembled, the mattress was ready to go. Best night's sleep in years! When I move there will be another purchase, guaranteed. A month later I emailed asking for the mattress topper to make it a bit softer; the customer rep was very helpful and processed it quickly - and for no extra charge! Now, as my back changes I can use the topper or not. Thank you for such great customer service!!

Great Mattress, Great Customer Service

After owning a Tempurpedic mattress for 15 years, we know what to expect from a memory foam mattress. So when it came time to buy a new one, we went to the store to see the new Tempurpedic line-up of mattresses. The prices seemed so high that we decided to turn to the internet to see what else was available at a better price and value. We considered 3 other memory foam mattresses before deciding that the Novosbed mattress might be the best fit for us. So we called customer service to learn more about the different firmness options and, based upon the mattress we were currently sleeping on, they recommended the Medium firm mattress. We loved the idea of a 120 day trial period and then option to adjust the firmness after 30 days. We placed the order and received the mattress very quickly. Easy to set up and no off-gassing, we had a good nights sleep from the very first night. After 30 days, we took advantage of ordering the free Comfort Kit and love our mattress even more than before. Novosbed Customer Service offered great guidance and they are a very easy company to do business with. We made the perfect choice and nor longer have backaches when we wake up in the morning.

Love this mattress

We were reluctant to order a mattress online from a company with which we were not familiar, but after doing some web research, seeing all the good reviews from external sites, and having the 120-day return policy, we decided to give it a try. We are glad we did as we love our new medium queen novosbed. My lower back loved it from the first night we slept on it. If I find my back aching when I get home from work, I lay down on the bed for 10 to 15 min to "decompress" and it really helps. It took a bit of getting used to in terms of rolling from back to side and staying on my side of the bed because you settle into the mattress and its not "bouncy" like a mattress with springs. However, once I got the hang of it, things were great. I stopped waking up because some part of my body was numb or aching. It took about 2 weeks for my husband to adjust to the feel of the mattress, but now he really likes it as well, especially for his shoulders which often became sore when lying on his side. We also both like that we cannot feel the other one get out of bed during the night.

I'm going to sleep now...

I bought this mattress directly through Novosbed, which was great because they had a payment plan option through a partner of their's which worked out well for me. This review should be unnecessary if you've already done your research. The mattress, is amazing. It's that simple. When I decided to get rid of my old spring mattress, and switch to memory foam, I went through hours and hours of research to try and find what was going to be the best option. Obviously, I eventually got to Tempur-Pedic which seems to be universally loved as far as mattresses go, but there's also the price to consider. Despite the much lower price of this mattress, the reviews I was seeing were even better than Tempur-Pedic, though not by a huge margin. It seemed kind of impossible to go wrong by choosing this one. I'm glad I went with that logic, cause as I mentioned before, it's amazing. On top of that, the 120 day trial period gives you a safety net in case you're out of your mind and this bed doesn't work for you. I contacted support twice to get some quick questions answered, and another time to request the comfort+ addition you can get to adjust the mattress even further to your liking, and they got back to me quickly and immediately helped out. Bottom line, this is the mattress to get. ...almost forgot, it has a removable cover which seems like a small thing but had me flipping out. It's crazy comfortable so the fact that you can just use that as your top layer, and remove it to wash it is incredible. This time it's really the end of my review.

Phenomenal bed and excellent customer support!

Never thought I'd be buying a bed from a website, but after numerous disappointments buying from mattress store and reading all the positive reviews on the novosbeds I decided to try my luck and buy the Queen medium firm (Aria) model. Suffering from sciatica about 8 years ago I have never had a decent nights sleep - usually tossing and turning to alleviate the pain, but after initially adjusting to the novosbed for about 3 weeks, I now sleep a good solid 5-7 hrs! Believe the hype - this bed is incredible and so is their customer support!

Best Matress Ever

I had been eyeing the Novosbed for a long time before I made my purchase. I had tried the Temporpedic at the store, and knew memory foam was what I wanted, but their crazy price always put me off. My struggles then were ordering something online without trying it first, and not being able to find much about Novosbed outside of their website. But I finally took the plunge, and now I regret not doing it sooner. It is without a doubt the best bed I've ever slept on.

Luxury comfort

I now have had my Novasbed mattress for approx. 2 months and I love it! I will never go back to a spring mattress again. I look forward to sleeping in my bed every night now. I am a side sleeper and always found on my old spring mattress I would get shoulder, hip and back pain. Now I vitrtually have no pain. I also sleep longer and deeper than I did before. I did alot of research on memory foam mattresses and found Novasbed had the best price for it's quality. There was fast delivery after my purchase as well. No complaints! I love love love my mattress!

Best thing since sliced bread

I ordered a Novosbed King size memory foam mattress about 3 months ago now, and it's quite possibly the best mattress I've ever owned. Delivery was very quick (received it within about 1 week of ordering), and the customer service was excellent. I spent a good 1/2 hr asking questions over the phone and didn't feel pressured to buy anything. After sleeping on it for a few months now, I have noticed that I rarely get back pains anymore, and I sleep much better. My wife isn't bothered by my shifting during the night, and I'm not sure I even snore anymore (although I probably do). I will definitely never go back to spring.

Best Mattress Store in the World

NovosBed seems to be a new player in the mattress world, but they'll be a force to be reckoned with in the next few years. I had the pleasure of purchasing a NovosBed Queen mattress at a promotional event two months ago and have been sleeping on it ever since. I've only regretted not finding this company earlier, as my nights are exquisitely comfortable and I saved thousands of dollars over Tempur-Pedic for what I believe to be a superior product. I can't recommend NovosBed enough.
