Satisfied sleeper

Please allow me to start my review by thanking my chriopractor Dr. James.H for recommending Novosbed mattress. Since we got it we have been sleeping longer and no doubt waking up with less body aches. My advise to whoever is viewing this is" Your physical health is so important.A good sleep makes a huge difference in your daily activities and wellbeing.Once again thank you doctor for recommending this matterss.

Most comfortable mattress ever!

My son doesn’t move around like he did with his previous mattress. He is much more comfortable and isn’t getting up through the night. His sleeping improved from the first night and hasn’t changed in 3 months. I will be getting one for my husband and me when our mattress is ready to be replaced. The price point can’t be beat and the quality is second to none.

Miss my bed when we travel. Love this bed! So comfortable!

I hoped this bed would alleviate my hip and shoulder pain, but that hasn't been the case. Shoulder pain is from an old car crash injury. Hip pain is from overly tight muscles so I don't think any bed could take that away. But I love the mattress and would never go back to a traditional spring mattress! As for sleeping hot, I have learned not to use a quilted mattress pad as it shuts out the ability of the zip- off cover provided with the mattress to keep me cool. Overall, this has been a great purchase and I would buy it again.

Defective and they wouldn't stand by their Warranty

Mattress was fine - we had it for 6 months and I started to detect some settling or soft spots on my side of the bed. Didn't think too much of it - but it steadily got worse and worse. I travel with work about 60-80 nights a year so this had happened even without every day use. After a year the deformity was significant and I got in touch with the customer service agents ... they gave me a run down on what was required to verify there was an issue... and so I took the photos, put the string line across the bed and even took a video. I was expecting not to be able to see a visible difference in surface height and to my surprise the issue and defect was glaringly obvious!!! After sending the info and photos - they asked for a photo of the base which is a traditional close framed box spring. . . . and they used that to weasel out of their warranty claiming they ONLY cover slotted bases. SO - if you are considering Novosbed - think about this .... MOST other mattress companies in this price range (and lower) are happy to honor their warranty with whatever base you use / choose. Novosbed either knowingly sell an inferior product - or they are simply an unethical company wishing to avoid ownership of defective products. Either way think carefully before you part with your money. I would not recommend.

Wish I would’ve...

I wish I would’ve taken the soft add-on for our King Bed. You guys, true to your word, sent us a soft half of the King for my wife, and a medium-hard half for my side. Don’t get me wrong, I love it, but sometimes my hips could use the softer pad. Still, I LOVE YOUR PRODUCT, and refer others whenever I can!

Very happy with my purchase-just the right firmness

this is closer to the firm side rather than softer as a mattress. The first memory foam that I bought; Casper was not comfortable at all. In their defense, it was easy to return but Novosbed has been great from day 1.

No more pain but wake up to turn

Previously I owned a traditional innerspring mattress. I'm a side sleeper and it was causing pain in my shoulder from an injury I had. I also had 2 herniated discs and my back didn't feel great in the morning. I though by switching to a soft memory foam mattress all my pains would go away and I would sleep better. All my pains did go away, the mattress is extremely comfortable to sleep in. The problems come when I need to turn. I'm 5'11| and weigh 160 lbs but I sink into the mattress enough that it requires a lot of effort to turn over in bed. I find myself waking up much more frequently at night just trying to turn over as it is impossible to roll on the soft mattress. I'm wondering if I should have ordered the medium mattress instead.

Best Bed Ever!

We love the memory foam mattresses but our very old one (different brand) had become too hard. I did a lot of research and shopping around and this mattress seemed to meet all our needs at a good price point. We both love it. I am 127 lbs and my partner is 205 lbs and both of us are comfortable each night. There was a small amount of off gassing, however we only noticed it when first entering the room and it is gone now that we have owned the mattress for several months. I would buy it again and plan on getting one for another family member.
