after 10 years it feels like a hammoc is a better option

the air chambers are just strong enough to last 10 years. After that they crack (plastic material) and the connection points start to leak. Very poor and cheap construction. I ended up needing to keep patching them often. Once they start braking up you get no indication, but any small leak is enough to cause all chambers air pressure to drop and that causes severe pressure on some parts of your back which can cause severe pain in the borning in the lower back and shouders. They offered to send me a new set of air chambers for $150 as far back as 2 years and as recent as 3 months ago. When I decided to order one set of air chambers recently they raised the price to $300. This is no where as good as a hybrid mattress with 600 to 1000 small coils that will rarely fail all at the same time. The best mattress overall are the hybrid ones with diffeent spring sizes on the lower back and elsewhere. For about $2000 you can get even mattresses with organic cotton at even department stores. There is no way these 9 air ballons are worth the price they try to charge you. Way too high for its life expectancy and actual cost of cheap materials used. It is just a few plastic ballons connected through a single shared air tuve with some air latch valves to allow air to flow in one direction only with a central valve that you can adjust to control the balanced pressure that the system will settle. A person of a different weight will get a total different firmness response unless the central valve is re-adjusted. Ths design is like 9 small air beds with foam on top of it. The real bad part about it is that any leak in the whole system causes all the chambers air pressure to drop and that renders their function to an useless status.

Lumpy the air coils leak replaced once about a year ago

There was a website that advertized the mattress that were used in Hilton Garden inn and were double sided. This mattress is singled sided should have sent it back immediately false advertising. called a couple of times but hold and rudeness was all I ever got finally they sent me a whole new plastic springs for both sides but those leaked also. My wife says it is a piece of doggy doodle and has been trying to get me to get rid of for a couple of years finally pulled the plug yesterday. These people seem to be much different. but your company is known for being rude. i

DO NOT BUY!!

My boyfriend and I purchased a Natural Form mattress in the late months of 2017. The mattress came with a 10 year guarantee. Around 5 months of having the mattress it began sagging in the middle. We got in touch with natural form and they sent us new air chambers three separate times. New knobs to replace on the bed. And a firm mattress topper to help try and solve the issue of the sagging middle, Natural Form also suggested we wash the topper (which we did.) Natural Form has been sending us new parts for the last 7 months, which none of the parts work. While on the phone with a customer service representative of Natural Form Jason the representative told me I was a liar, and was lying about the issue because the product cannot physically do what i was explaining. We have sent numerous of pictures showing the defective mattress, which Patti and Jason state the pictures do not prove anything. Patti and Jason are extremely rude and unprofessional. We are very displeased with Natural Form Mattress, our mattress is faulty and we cannot use it. We feel like we have been scammed out of money, and even worse there company does not care! Or follow through with their 10 year guarantee. Due to not being able to use this mattress anymore, and of the unwillingness of the company to send us a new mattress.

The garden sleep system is great but

The air chambers have failed THREE TIMES in 10 years on my side, and once on my wifes side. The biggest issue, is that the bed was fine for 8 years, no issues, and then the past two years, my air chambers, the new ones sent, have failed three times now. It's pretty terrible, they look and somewhat feel slightly different than the original, and they fail within less than a year. I am less than 200lbs, and my wife is 125lbs. We aren't big people. Nothing and nobody "jumps on" or abuses the bed. I am pretty dissatisfied with the warranty parts. They've been sent for free, but they keep failing like clockwork. It's almost like they are engineered to fail or they are inferior to the original product. For THREE THOUSAND dollars i'd go different and if this keeps happening, I won't be upgrading to that KING I've been wanting.

Helix 200 exceeds expectations for a critical consumer

I previously had a S&F pillow top which lasted a few years before it started sagging in the middle which of course they did not cover under warranty. I bit the bullet and purchased the more expensive Helix 200. I originally slept on the Hilton Garden Sleep system and was very impressed. I waited until the Helix 200 was on sale and had 0 Percent financing and pulled the trigger. One of the best purchases of my life. The comfort level is fantastic and unlike any of the other mattresses I have slept on. I can't say enough good things about it! The value per dollar is incredible and continues to impress every single night. I was initially skeptical of not being able to go to a store and see it, but the 100 day sleep trial eased my concerns. They obviously know that once you get it, you will never let it go!

The wool covering is excellent, it just works.

After almost ten years it seemed that something was just not right. After calling and talking to the warranty person, he emailed testing instructions and i then found a leak in the air tubes on the other side of the bed. When called warranty back they stayed true to there warranty and sent everything needed and bed is back to original feel.Couple other points are the foam on this bed has held up excellent no real signs of age other than a little darkening of foam color,even around the area where one gets in and out of bed appears the same.And the wool covering is what i like the most,I never get hot like other mattresses.

Best Bed I ever bought

After buying expensive mattresses for years I never found the right softness or firmness that would relieve pain or have a good night sleep. After reading about Christopher Reese bed that was made for his specific needs I investigated the bed he had and bought it with skepticism but I liked the features and could try it for 30 days and return it if I didn't like it. I have had this bed for over 6 years and it is the best bed I have ever slept in. I can have back pain or shoulder pain and I can't wait to go to bed because I wake up relieved of pain. I broke my ankle a year ago and had a cast for 8 weeks and the bed adjusted to the weight of the cast. The wool covering is not hot or cold, just perfect!

THE RUNAROUND

I purchased a Natural Form Mattress several years ago. Although they have a sleep guarantee, they are quite difficult to deal with if you have an issue later on. I have written the following review of their product and hope no one else will have a similar experience. REVIEW: Natural Form Self-Adjust Technology (SAT) King Mattress by WCW Inc. DO YOU LIKE TO GAMBLE? I am sure this could be a very good mattress, but we seem to have a ‘lemon’ and unfortunately, WCW seems completely unaware that sometimes a product is simply more than the sum of its parts. They have taken the time to replace many of the interchangeable parts of the mattress, but refuses to replace the mattress as a whole! Anyone behind the initial contact seems insistent on hiding behind the customer service reps so it is impossible to discuss the issue with a higher power. How do I know there is a problem? – the left and the right operate separately and one side is perfect. The other is clearly defective and even after replacing parts, it hasn’t changed a thing! It is unfortunate that this company does not stand behind its product as a whole, but simply tries to pass off procrastination as customer service.
