So Happy with our new Loom and Leaf

We decided it was time to get a new bed and go with a "green" choice. Our top of the line Serta did us well but I was impressed with the construction details and reviews. The "fume" factor is what sold me. My daughter had a temperpedic and had to return it the fumes were so bad. I don't think many people realize the dangerous chemicals used in most mattress and box spring manufacturing so that impressed me. We bought enclosure protectors for both matress and springs, all our pillows starting fresh with this. Bed bugs beware...lol Movers were excellent. We slept really well on our firm set last night and have to say it is extremely comfortable. I usually wake up several times a night but slept right through to 6:30. Both of us woke up refreshed and happy! The price is right and we had great customer service followup...I highly recommend this bed to everyone thinking of getting something new.

Great customer service

Updated Review from formerly upset customer…. Had some issues with scheduling the delivery time for my Loom and Leaf mattress, contacted the company through email and phone. The following day, received a call from one of their executives with an understanding ear and solution to my problem. He followed up with the delivery company and made sure that they were able to accommodate me and delivery was made as promised. I received another call soon after the delivery to make sure that everything went as scheduled and as promised. What a great way to turn around what could have been a bad experience. Great personal customer service and they followed through with a practical solution that left me satisfied. They made me feel as if I was their only customer. Great service!!!
