A notable improvement from our old Tempur-pedic.

Tremendous mattress for the price, coupled with quality. We came from a Tempur-pedic, which is a good mattress and now in the guestroom. I prefer this mattress and that it comfortably supports and it is much more easily moved than the Tempur-pedic for routine things like placing bed skirts. In summary the mattress is four years old and we are still very pleased with it.

Side sleeper

I had a Tempur-pedic for years and loved it. We moved to a Beautyrest plush which was comfortable for a few months, before it started sagging causing all sorts of pains. After reviewing dozens of mattresses we order this one. We ordered a firm Twin XL and a relaxed firm twin Xl. My husband refused to sleep on his firm one (which they recommended for a 6'6" foot tall man). I slept on the relaxed firm for a week and I developed pain in my hips and shoulders that I never had before. We simply cannot sleep on it. There is no memory foam feel and it's hard like a countertop. We are currently sleeping in a guest bedroom and looking to buy something else.

Can't wait to return to my bed after being away on vacation!

Our daughter bought this mattress and asked us to come over and try it out because she said it's the best mattress ever! And it was perfect! We have had it for a year now and my husband and I have never slept better. It isn't a typical memory foam mattress in that you're not "molded" into the mattress. It allows you to turn easily and has wonderful support. And with a solid, stable mattress, you don't feel when someone is getting out of bed during the night. While traveling and sleeping in various beds, we can't wait to return to our Loom and Leaf mattress. That first night's sleep is the best! Try it out and see what I mean, there's a 120 night trial period.

Customer Service is beyond outstanding

I had an original tempurpedic for almost 20 years. We were finally changing from a full t a queen. I did a tremendous amount of research since I also wanted an adjustable base. I was able to get the mattress and the adjustable base for approximately 3,000 dollars. Delivery was prompt. The installers were fast and professional. Every time I call or have a question the response if immediate. They can't do enough for you. My husband is not snoring!!!!!!!!!!! The adjustable base is quiet and wonderful for helping you get in a position for a deep restful sleep. I jsut didn't realize what a difference there was until I changed mattresses. I haven't slept this well or this pain free for a long time. I've had RA since i'm two years old. This is priceless! Even my rescued cats and dog feel the difference and don't want to leave the bed! Wonderful company, wonderful product!

Fantastic Firm Loom & Leaf Memory Foam Mattress

I recently purchased a Firm mattress without a lay-down test but loved the option to return it if I'm dissatisfied in any way. I come from many years on what is well known as the first, most expensive, memory foam mattress on the market. The Loom & Leaf Firm is absolutely, perfectly comfortable and has great built in cooling properties as that's a requirement since I reside in the Hot Sacramento area of California. Don't have any hesitations or doubts, as this mattress quality, warranty, and cost can't be beat. You'll be more than impressed. I'm a stomach sleeper and a very active cyclist, and this mattress is a perfect fit.

Great value!

For what you can get at a brick and mortar store, this is a great value. Materials are nicely put together, and very soft to the touch. Only complaint is that in the summer it tends to get a little hot. However in the winter, sub about 70 degrees (inside temp) it's totally fine. I would recommend leaving a fan on in the room or having good air conditioning with this bed. With that said, it's a great trade off for great support and I never wake up feeling like crap from the bed itself.

Quilted is Great, wish the rest was as comfy.

The quilted topper feels so luxurious that I wish the rest of the bed was as nice as it is. If only the quilted top was just a little thicker so I could feel like I was sinking into its wonderful softness. I think this topper is what sets this bed apart from other memory foam beds. Even getting the Luxury Firm (which is the softest option) this bed is just too firm and leaves me a little bit sore. If you sleep on the edge of the bed, be careful that you might just end up falling out because of the side sag, there is absolutely no support on the sides of this mattress. There is supposedly cooling gel and the topper is supposed to breath but I still feel like the mattress is a bit warm. This might sound like I don't like this mattress but honestly I do, I just have a few points of complaint. A touch softer and something to make the sides have more support and I would be in absolute love with it. There was very little odor when it was first delivered but it was gone within 24 hours. The mattress itself looks nice and high end and is so nice to touch but that doesn't really matter since it will always be covered with sheets. :)

Different and better than old innerspring

After many years our old innerspring pushed back hard on the pressure points; this firm memory foam cradles yet still supports. I like firm, but non-memory foam (latex?) can feel like a slab. Took just 2 nights to be convinced that we made the right choice. I think the increased firmness in this Firm model is achieved via the top quilt layer--not sure if there are any differences in the foam layers. You have to sit back from the edge when dressing, probably true on all memory foam mattresses. Their customer support answered all my questions before purchase. We fall asleep quicker now. We needed a new foundation and bought their split king foundation. I do think review sites should review all firmnesses. To sum up: extreme comfort.

Very unhappy...

Did a lot of research before buying. Got the mattress yesterday am calling tomorrow to return. Very hard and hot. Did not sleep rolling around to get comfortable. Have back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, pain in my arms and even elbows! Do not recommend. Now I will find out if they stand behind the 75 day trial period.

Love our Loom & Leaf

I couldn't wait another day to share our L & L experience. We had a 10 year old coil mattress that was causing us much pain and grief each night. So like many, we began our search for a new mattress. I am thrilled we chose as we did and selected a Loom & Leaf! Mattress comfort is so subjective, but this mattress is as comfortable as it is beautifully made. We will never go back to coils and Loom & Leaf's outstanding customer service has ensured we will be faithful clients gleefully shouting their praises to all we know!
