The mattress was good for a few years maybe two and then it begin to separate on the sides and impressions and warranty company stated because there was a small sweat stain that it void our warranty and now we have a really expensive garbage bed
have not had a good nights sleep since we bought it, if you take it back and upgrade me to a better one I would be very pleased thanks for asking

This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned
Great mattress best sleep I have ever had holds up well when moved too! Hope to get many more years of use use a sturdy mattress cover keeps it like new. Comfy like sleeping in a cloud mine is the double sided pillow top queen size Juliet love it.
We've had this mattress set for less than three years. At first, it was heavenly. It didn't take very long for indentations to develop in the gel memory foam, though I accept that happens. But the innerspring level began sagging after about 18 months of use. Now it requires physical effort to roll out of the "canals" we've created on both sides of the mattress (neither of us is overweight, so it hasn't dealt with extra pressure). The mattress is " no flip," which basically means that you are stuck with the same side through the life of the mattress. We loved our last Kingsdown mattress, but this was a substandard product for any manufacturer (much less one that charges more the $2K for a mattress set).

I could never recommend Kings Down to anyone. Warranty procedure designed to avoid responsibility for poor quality. Purchases our mattress from very reputable outlet and they were also unresponsive in addressing my concerns. You have to fight to keep on the bed all night. Bad, very bad buy!!!!
Within the first year, the bed has body impressions. We sleep in holes on either side of the bed. We were told the mattress has a 10 year warranty. Leon's will do nothing for us. The worst mattress we have ever owned. I know have hip, knee and back pain because I sleep in a hole.

Great in the beginning now it has deep dips on each side making it uncomfortable. Trying to get to the middle is like rolling up a hill. I liked the mattress in the beginning but it causes back and hip pan now.
Really have not had a good experience at all with either the queen size or King size. Indents are within 30 days and unable to stay out of them. At 200 lbs didn't expect this within one month. As total waste of over $2000 and worst sleep ever!!!
