crappy

After 3 1/2 years got 1 inch sags where we sleep. The 20 year warranty is useless because the sags must be 1 1/2 inches before they will replace. With the sags that we have now we wake up with sore backs/hips in the morning. They will not replace. Money wasted. Over $1,000.00 for 3 years of comfort.

Rip-Off

Worst POS bed I've ever been suckered into buying and by far the most expensive. This overpriced mattress gets hot and STAYS hot even when I go back an hour later to make the bed it is still warm! We've had it barely a year and we have the sagging dents, however we do not meet the 'warranty' criteria. Customer service is uninterested at best. Don't let the furniture store guy fool you into buying this product because all it means is a big commission for him/her and a big PITA for you.

Tear in latex just after 9months!

After several months of searching for the right mattress and going through two separate mattress returns with our furnture company, we finally settled on a Kingsdown Dual Mattress (meaning each side has a different level of comfort and support.) We absolutely loved it. Over and over again, we commented to each other about what a great mattress this was. But then after 9months of ownership I woke up one morning feeling a tear in the latex top. Underneath the fabric cover there was a clear 6 inch tear with spring coming up through it. I could not believe it! What made it worse was since I bought it on clearance, there was no warranty. Well it was great while it lasted (only 9months)! Needless to say, I am very dissappointed, Because we loved the comfort of this mattress, I am thinking about somehow repairing it myself.

Worst 2k+ spent

I wanted a mattress that would comfortable and make sleeping enjoyable. Visited the store and all high-tech gadgetry impressed (fooled?) me and it really felt nice and I forked $2400 for them. One year later I moved to another place (the mattress was well tied in the moving truck -- took help of professional movers). And 4-5 months later it started sagging and it has gone worse since then. I have slept on some cheap mattresses and they have better support even after 3-4 moves than this pricey ones. I can't change it because it has a stain on the side. I absolutely hate this mattress and by extension this company.

Don't Buy Kingsdown

Kingsdown mattresses can be purchased in high end stores and local mattress stores. I bought a foam mattress and it didnt take but two years for it to sag in the middle. I wake up with neck and back pain every morning. This was our first high end purchase ever!! We paid thousands of dollars for these mattresses. Spend your money somewhere else but not with Kingsdown.

In Love

This was the best shopping experience I have ever had. Are new bed is located at our vacation home, soon to be only home and I can't wait till Friday arrives! I want one for all our rooms. We are not wealthy by any means but our backs hurt and we were not getting a good night sleep. So worth the investment! Love my bed and recommend Keck Furniture to everyone looking for a new mattress.

Worst Mattress I Have Ever Owned!

This mattress was literallt the WORST mattress that I have ever purchased. When I initially layed on it in the store, it felt comfortable; however, it took only one night of sleeping in it to prove otherwise. After 20 minutes or so, the entire memory foam/memory gel, top half of the mattress simply sagged beneath you leaving you with no support whatsoever. After several trips to the chiropractor in the first week I even went so far as to have a friend lay on it. She concurred with my opinion...she thought it was awful. I went back to the store which, thankfully, had an exchange policy and replaced it. My new mattress was going to take several days for delivery...the Valencia was so bad that I actually opted to sleep on a very old mattress in my guest room rather than to sleep on it during the wait time for the new bed! I was really upset because this was hardly an inexpensive purchase. I am now writing this review as I lay happily in my new Tempurpedic. I will NEVER buy another mattress from Kingsdown. Save your money.

The great divide

The divide in the middle is an actual ridge after a short time. I find the most comfortable time in bed is before my husband gets there and I can lie crosswise; otherwide you roll towards the edge of the bed because of the ridge; have almost rolled off two times. We did try a different firmness as a option of Selden's exchange program but that did nothing for the underlying issue. I would NEVER recommend this bed to anyone and even though we paid $2200 for the mattress alone, I really think we are going to need buy something totally different. What a waste of money. If you need two different firmness options, please try a different method of achieving it.

Very uncomfortable

Bought from SEARS, after about a week of sleeping on it there was a body impression. Now after a few months, I am so sore when I wake up. There is a masssive impression on each side of the bed. I cannot even sleep close to my husband as I end up rolling back onto my side. When I lay on my side, it seems that my feet are not even touching the mattress as the impression is so big from my top half (I am 135 pounds) Would not buy, wish I would have know about the exchange at sears sooner.

back pain after a week

I travel a lot and so I was excited when I had a full week to sleep on my new mattress from Kingsdown. After 7 days of sleeping on the King size mattress I had back pain and there was a body impression in the mattress. I bought the mattress from Sears and so I had to do a comfort exchange for a completely different mattress. VERY DISAPPOINTED
