Five Star Mattress is hands down the worst brand out there. There is a reason mattress firm doesn’t sell these. They are made of very cheap quality material. Within 3 months my mattress was completely worn out with a HUGE slump in the middle. I weigh 165 and sleep alone..... Got a Serta mattress and have the best sleeps now.
I bought this mattress from Furniture Solutions in Milford Oh about 4 years. Within a year I called and they came out to see the imprint in the mattress and brought me a new one. Well it is in the same condition again and has been for awhile. Furniture Solutions is now out of business. I bought the mattress because I lived in Milford and wanted to help out a local merchant. Plus the owner kept raving about the fact the mattress was made in the USA. Pretty disappointed with this mattress.

I can confirm all the terrible reviews of lumps, valleys, tossing and turning, back and neck pain, loss of sleep, feelimg worse when i get up than when i went to bed. It was comfy and beautiful in the store, so we spent top dollar to get a luxury mattress for our master bedroom in our new home and within 3 months it was so awful we flipped it and slept on the flat side with a bed topper to try to flatten out the pillow top. The couch is much more comfortable. Worst mattress purchase ever. My husband’s back problems got so bad he wont even sleep on it anymore, thanks a lot.
Never knew a mattress could be so comfortable. Have even purchased brand news from Sears yet this has been the best of the many I have had. I am now moving from east coast to west coast and the only thing I am dreading parting with is my bed as I am selling everything else! Hoping to find a reasonable mattress delivery service so that I can keep it. Cant afford to buy another right now.

All told, we paid $1000 for a mattress that developed valleys very quickly, within the first three months. A lot of money for something that only performs well a month or two.
We bought this bed for a vacation rental....wanted a higher end king size bed since our rental is higher end. It is a seasonal rental. My husband and I are currently living in our home for the winter. Our camper bed was much more comfortable than this piece of crap!! A jump in the middle of the mattress after 16 months of owning! What a huge waste of money!!!

I did not own this mattress more than a year before it began to give way in the center. I fitted boards under the mattress then plywood sheets on top of the boards for more support. Nothing helped. The mattress center simply gave way. Two years in I began looking for a better mattress in my price range. I ruled out Fox Creek immediately. I eventually purchased a futon.
The mattress comfort lasted one night before the gel pillow top began to flatten and sink in the middle. I tried to sleep on the sides to even it out, but this has not helped. Now after less than a week of sleeping on this mattress, it is as bad as the previous one that I owned for ten years prior. I will never recommend this brand to anyone again, and it just reinforces my previous opinion that foam mattresses, even if just a gel top, are a total scam. I have never slept on a bed made of foam that gave me a good nights rest. And this was no exception. My feather top mattress lasted many years before the middle began to sink. This one lasted a day. How ridiculous is that?
