Hump in the middle almost from the day we bought it.

Hump in the middle of this eastern king mattress . We previously had a Lady Englander Eastern King which we had for 18 years. If we knew what we know now, we would have kept the old one. We tried contacting Evans Furniture in Chico as well as sending the factory pictures and complaining to them on February 16, 2017 and they have ignored our complaints, faxed pictures to Andrea.

Don't waste your money on Diamond mattresses!

This mattress wore out almost immediately! Diamond customer service is a joke! Called customer service. They said we need to sleep in middle of bed to even out gully in mattress. They blame defeats on customers! The minute you start to sleep on mattress it breaks down. Have a few friends who had same experience with Diamond mattresses! Don't buy Diamond!

Diamond took their time to do it right

This mattress buying stuff is hard. This was no easy task or fast. I took my time..I can without a doubt tell you I have found the bed. THE ONE, I tried many, ones with springs, ones with wrapped coils, ones with more stuff. Some cheap, some more expensive..But the RALLY (FIRM) is the best. Diamond took their time and got it right. I got it delivered by a local company and got to sleep on it for 100 nights...If i didn't like it..The store would come get it and return all my money...It's been 1800 nights and in NO WAY IS IT GOING BACK....

Poor company/terrible customer service

We bought this mattress because of the 25 year warranty they offered the first year the mattress was comfortable but then things started going bad first ones seam split then the one on the opposite side split. My wife started complaining about sore back and shoulders. I noticed her side was sagging a great deal. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent out an inspector who seemed to confirm my complaint and I received a notice from the company that this wear was normal and they would not cover the mattress! So my suggestion is shop elsewhere this is a total waste of your hard earned money !

I don't go near it!!!

Because as soon as I lay on it, I fall a sleep!! LOL The beds are great!! Jesse Johnston from the Woodbury store was excellent! I spent all day looking around, Mattress Firm was my last hope on my way back to Hudson. He helped me and I was out of there in 45 mins., after running around telling different people "No it's too soft or no it's too hard" I felt the one Jesse introduced me too was just right! Joe and Hose B(Jose), the delivery guys were quick and efficient. Thank you I will pass on a good word to my friends. Debra Monzel

DO NOT BUY

This bed started to fall apart after 3 months. As the last review stated it sags. It feels as though you are sleeping in a gully of 10 inches deep by the middle of the night and you have to literally fight to get yourself out of the deep depression in the morning. Absolutely no support for your back whatsoever. We are not heavy people either. After 9 months of this bed we purchased a new mattress by Sterns and Foster and is wonderful. I didn't notify the manufacturer because personally I don't believe warranty issues are ever addressed to the consumer's satisfaction. Best scenario is that they would replace it with the same mattress so what's the use. Will never buy a Diamond mattress again.

Read this before you buy

We have 4 other Diamond mattresses that we have been very pleased with so it was only natural that we went looking specifically for a Diamond mattress. After the third night it began to sag. We went back to the store where we bought it and they contacted Diamond for us. An adjuster came out and found that it had a 7/8 sag. Within the range of warranty. But when I sleep on it I feel like I am sleeping in the gutter at the side of the road. I contacted them again and they offered to take it and they would inspect it at the factory. It came back one week later and it felt like they had crammed some extra padding in it. Now it was just a gutter with extra padding. I contacted them again and this time they replaced it with a new mattress. Six months later I may as well be sleeping in the Grand Canyon. Yes I am over weight 6 feet tall and 200 pounds but my wife is 5 foot 7 and 100 pounds and it was doing the same thing on her side. 3 strikes you are out. I have replaced it completely after 9 months of the worst mattress money can buy. I have read the other posts and perhaps they were lucky. I have never ever posted a negative review before but I couldn't let this go by. Do yourself a favor and buy anything but Diamond. If I could give it less than one star I would.

Great sleep on Diamond mattresses for 30+ years

We bought our first Diamond bed when we were married in 1982. We bought Diamond beds for our daughters and recently bought one for our temporary quarters as I worked on my doctorate. Great haven, great sleep and superb durability. Just a quality bed at a reasonable price with a very good range of options from softer to firmer.

Initially "Too Soft" then way "Too Hard"!!

Purchased the Ethos "Latex" mattress 6 months ago. At first it seemed comfortable (although we did miss the buoyant feeling you get from an innerspring mattress). After 2 months of rotating the mattress we could no longer sleep comfortably on it. I wake up every morning with excruciating lower back pain & sensitive pressure point areas when I slept on my side. The Diamond Mattress Company website says the mattress is 100% Talalay latex with "Eco Flex" plant based comfort layers & an Organic Cotton outer mattress covering. Well this past weekend when rotating the mattress again I happened to look at the mattress tag & it reads: 80% polyurethane foam, 6% rayon & 14% latex!!?? When I contact the company I get the complete run around about how the content of the materials are proprietary & someone will get back to me. I believe that this is a case of blatant fraud. This "latex" mattress was very expensive to buy & we are not rich so it has been a major impact on our finances. We believed that we were buying & receiving a superior product that would bring us many years of sleep comfort. We are extremely disappointed with the mattress & with Diamond Mattress Company!!!
