I bought a queen mattress manufactured by Corsicana Mattress on 09/10/2020. Although the date of its manufacture was on 08/10/2020, The product already has waves and there is a bulging out on the middle of the mattress. Since I cant flip the mattress over, it becomes worn on either side while the middle stays up creating a slant indentation. Furthermore, the memory foam is poor quality, it no longer holds its shape and there is more than 2 inches of deep sinking and my mattress sinks in on one side, defective.
It is impossible to stay comfortable, I can not sleep well, and I wake up with back pain every day. Furthermore, the Customer service agent is awful, very disrespectful. They don't answer your calls, they don't reply to your emails and when you are lucky to talk to the warranty department, they said they are super busy and didn't have enough time to work on your claim (what was opened a month ago). That's unbelievable!!
We had only had this mattress for 6 months when it sagged on both sides. The creaking is very loud, I think it's coming from the box spring. It sounds like wood on wood grinding if that helps you understand the sound. I would NEVER buy one again, let alone advise someone else to. Btw, the creaking was on day one! Springs are popping out, and before they popped out, they would stay stuck down when you got up, and POP loud seconds later. It looks as though a 600 lb person bed ridden has been on it for decades!!!

In the past we have paid 3 or 4 times as much for a supposed premium mattress and only disappointed with the support and comfort. Also, the dealer and manufacturer would not help with our dissatisfaction with the product. When we bought the Corsicana Montage Euro Top, we thought we just getting medium grade product. We have found that this mattress is the best mattress we have ever owned. We are looking for a new mattress at this time. It will be another Corsicana Montage Euro top.

Wish we would never have bought this mattress. We feel we even over pd. for the mattress. We will NEVER buy from Boy'd mattress again. Our old mattress was even more comfortable than the new one!!

Experienced low spots in the mattress shortly after I received it. While sleeping, felt like I had to claw my way out of holes in order to roll over in bed. Woke up exhausted.
I had a Sealy set for over 25 yrs and it was awesome. gave it to my daughter, who used it 3 more yrs. you cannot beat that! But, this Corsicana Simplicity pillow top is 3 yrs old, barely, and it is ready for the dump!! The sides are broken down terribly, and I only weigh 130 lbs. I am NOT happy at all! It also creaks and squeaks like it is an antique. I should have turned it in on the warranty and gone with another Sealy. There you go Corsicana to the dump!!

I bought one of the “high end” Corsicana mattresses on sale. It was extremely firm at original purchase. Two years later, this mattress is SHOT. And by shot, I mean SHOT. I will never buy another mattress from this company again. Before I bought a new mattress, I literally slept on my couch for months while this “amazing” Corsicana JUNK day, waiting to be removed from my home.
This mattress has caused sleepless nights, headaches and bad back pain! I’ve only slept on it for maybe 8 days! It’s hirroble and Corsicana has no care in the world!!
I sleep great on our Solana Matress. We've had this matress 7 years and it still sleeps great. I love my cozy comfy bed. Best matress I have ever owned.
