Best customer service & sleep

I purchased this brand mattress after reviewing every one on the market. After careful thought, I made my final decision and with the help of Thomas at Charles P Rogers & Co. this was it. It was the best decision I ever made. Thomas made the process seamless and I am over joyed with both the customer service and the mattress. KUDOS to Thomas and Charles P Rogers for an outstanding job and so far the best mattress to sleep on.

BUYER BEWARE

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE-ONLY CARE ABOUT THE SALE-BUYER BEWARE!! Dealt with TINA CARLINO over the phone in the NYC office and was given false information about the warranty on the Mattress. Was told in order for the warranty to be effective I MUST buy their $500 boxspring. So of course I added it onto the purchase with the already very expensive mattress (even though I already had a box spring). I found out a day later (after receiving my boxspring and my bed) that that informations was not true. I learned that as long as bed is properly supported the warranty would be upheld. so NOW I need to return the boxspring that I told I had to buy, because I can't even get into my bed, (need a step stool) between the height of bed, boxspring and mattress, my bed is too high. SO I call TINA CARLINO and was told that there will be a restocking fee of 20% ($100). I tried to have a discussion with her, that she gave me the wrong information and that my current situation is not working due to her incompetence ( I was nicer than that over the phone) but to no avail. TINA CARLINO knew the height of my bed and should have told me this was going to be a problem and instead of selling me the boxspring should have said-buy a bunkie board) THAT IS WHAT A GOOD SALESPERSON DOES! GREED IS NOT GOOD (contrary to what Michael Douglas has to say) Saga continues: Spoke with the manager, THOMAS BISOGNE and he was very unwilling to help me and to make me a happy customer. After having spent over $3000 (not including boxspring) Policy is policy he said. He admitted that I was given the wrong information (with no apologies) about the warranty on the mattress, yet still not willing to waive the restocking fee...I say VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. RESTOCKING FEE IS 20%-so make sure you are not getting duped and make sure you love before buying. And if you have a bed frame make sure to measure height..be informed and BE WARY!!! There are a lot of places to buy mattresses ...reconsider if this is where you are looking.....

18 months after purchase we are both sleeping in holes

I did a lot of research to find a really good mattress for a change. What is available these days, at any price, has been disappointing. Our last three king mattresses have been at least $2500 each and we have tried Simmons Beautyrest, Sterns and Foster, and Sealy. All were disappointing and lasted a short time, so we got out of the mainstream and gave Charles P Rogers's top of the line Nano a try. Loved it at first. It was on the hard side but had some "give" so was very comfortable. By the end of the first year we knew this mattress was not going to hold up over the long run, despite their claims of using a different type of latex foam that would not collapse and their steel coils that were so much stronger. My husband weighs 230. I weigh 150. We are not exceptionally heavy, but both sides of our king bed are like hammocks. Sometimes I climb onto the mountain between us to sleep and remember how wonderful the mattress was when it was new. We can even see the holes and the middle hump from across the room when the bed is made up. So, I have to say that the mattress was as good as any one I have had in the last 15 years, but it has not held up and I am sorry it did not because for a while it was the best!
