Cool sleep

My last mattress was so hot compared to this one. Very cool and comfortable!

Fantastic and On A Budget

Just to clarify I'm 5'8" and 315lbs First we start off bad, not once in the entire time you're in titan's website do they state when the matress is going to be delivered, only that the delivery is free. even after purchasing it, they just gave me a receipt and about an hour later after paying almost $700 do I receive an email letting me know that the delivery process due to covid is about 7 - 12 business days. That was kind of infuriating because I spent about a half hour i their website thinking there was some information that i just didn't read. But, no. Its just that they don't tell you until after you order it and then they let you know to await a second email confirming that it's being sent over. The whole process took 9 days (7 business days) and arrived a day earlier than projected. The box was small but massive, guys even if you have some muscle on you it's best to have a friend help out. it was my first time ordering an online matress and it was so cool watching it expand as soon as you open even a piece of the sealed material. They say it takes 24hrs to completely inflate so you have to have a plan, i just slept on the floor with my old matress then threw it out the next day. Now the matress itself.... Its honestly amazing and I can't believe how good it is. Again a very big boi who sleeps on his side and on the edge. Its like sleeping on a brick made of cloud 🤣🤣🤣 is the only way I can describe it. It supports all my weight flawlessly but it's still gives in enough to where I feel comfortable. But I could definitely tell that if someone smaller than me layed on this then maybe it might not be for them

Supportive, But Too Firm...& Greenwashing

The company was good with returns. They did not hassle me or make it difficult, no delays in processing the return. The mattress seemed well made and the spring system seemed good & supportive. However, it was too firm in the hip area for side sleeping & caused some pressure build up. Reviewers are claiming this mattress to be 100% natural & organic when it is not. They do use a couple of organic components, but a fair amount of non-organic, synthetic materials are also used. I also experienced off gassing for the entire month that I had it. Off gassing is not limited to bad odor, but technically also relates to VOCs coming from an item that may not smell, but can cause other health symptoms, which it did for me. They do greenwash the latex on their website, claiming it has 70% natural fillers such as sand and ground seashells— but that is a technical impossibility. Those items in their natural forms neither bind nor aerate into foam. They would create a gritty mess if literally used. Usually, 30/70 blended latex is 30% natural latex & 70% synthetic latex. But it is hard to know what kind of latex is actually in this mattress because they are not being fully transparent. I think this mattress work for a lot of people, just not those with chemical sensitivities or who need a softer mattress.

Great bed

Our first morning after sleeping on our new Addison Brooklyn bed and my wife and I love it. Our buying experience from our sales rep to our delivery at our home was a easy and professional experience. Great company story, great warranty, great return policy, locally manufactured in Az. Fair price and we love the feel of the bed.

Solid support/Quality/Value

The latex foam gives more even, solid support than plush fill of old 14 year old Serta innerspring. A nice firm feel similar to my old innerspring. No sinking problems like I found on other foam tops I tested. No heat problems. Easy to change positions & hop out of bed. Fine value & quality. Delivery within 3 days. Easy setup even for one old man. Height of 10-11” allowed all my older sheets to fit. Don’t recommend sitting on edge, but lying near edge no problem.

Sleeps warm and hard

For context, I’m 5’4, 150lbs, 40s, chronic low back pain, primarily side sleeper; curvy, bottom heavy. My prior mattress was a Sealy Kelburn that I loathed. Spent A LOT of time researching and testing beds before I decided on the Bryant. It was one of a handful that my low back didn’t spasm after lying on it. The company customer service is top notch, but this mattress is not for me. It’s much too firm after 6 or 7 hours. I toss and turn all night. And my lower half is like a bakery - hot, sweaty. The mattress would be better with a Tencel type cover and 2-4 inch convoluted cooling gel foam comfort layer. I feel the latex just doesn’t conform well to curves. I sleep better on my back and stomach, which is about the ONLY way I can manage to sleep for several hours. I like that the latex is durable, and am considering a topper, but prior experience with “retro fitting” a poorly matched mattress also has me thinking I should just return it. Brooklyn has another model - the Addison, but it’s only sold in stores and I haven’t found any reviews. Reviews are important. I came across one online mattress brand with great reviews for ownership less than 3 months. However, some people who bought the mattress 2 and 3 years ago lamented the once great bed now had horrible bed sag...review after review!

no stars! Uncomfortable and too hot

No stars! Seemed comfortable at first but has gotten steadily more and more uncomfortable. All my pressure points are back and the pain worsened the more I slept on it. Sleeps very warm. Tried to return but was just a few days outside the return policy. Staff very rude and unprofessional(Mario) They would not post my review on their website even though I am a "verified owner" Would not recommend, watch out!

Loses its firmness

This 100 latex bed started losing its firmness after about six months. After three years, I can't get comfortable and have hip pain every night.

Mattress Heaven

I generally have some hip pain when lying on my side for too long. My friend suggested a latex mattress that she'd gotten directly from Brooklyn Bedding: http://www.brooklynbedding.com/latex-mattresses. I must say this is the best mattress I’ve ever owned. I haven’t had any hip pain since getting this mattress. It offers great pressure relief. It also has a great zip top feature, so that you can customize the mattress with different comfort layers. You have a few months after buying it to exchange the comfort layer if it is too hard or soft for you. Besides relieving my hip pain, the thing I love about this mattress is that the cover is made with fibers from the aloe vera plant. I don’t understand the exact science of it, but it is supposed to be moisture wicking and help keep you cooler at night. I don’t need to understand the science to understand it definitely does this! I’ve never slept more comfortably in my life. Excellent choice in mattress!
