NOT firm and collapses

I’ve had this mattress for less than 2 years and the pillow top feels like im sleeping on a hammock. I wake up I’m constant neck/back pain and toss all night. When my Mother visited and slept in my bed, she said my mattress was old and needed to be replaced. When I told her that This was a new mattress And my 10yr Old Sealy was given to my stepdaughter 2 years ago, she couldn’t believe it. My daughter still has my Sealy-which is now 12yrs Old, and it’s more comfortable than this two year old Simmons. The Sealy was also a firm pillow top. Never buy a Simmons mattress unless sleeping on a $1200 hammock is for you.

Same old, same old

I had hoped for more support and that it would last more than 6 months. I have thought seriously about getting it evaluated for warranty replacement. It is saggy. I will try sleeping on the other side (rotate) first.

Simmons Curved Surface

Had to have the first mattress replaced at the 30-day mark. The replacement has the same defect, just not as pronounced. It dips along the shoulder and calf area, but bows up in the middle; almost as if the design was intended to counteract the eventual denting in the middle of the mattress. Won't buy another Simmons, will go back to Serta the next time.

The worst I’ve ever had

Within a year matress developed a sag on the side and a lump in the middle.

Got 12/21/2017- can sleep, 2 nights now and it 330 am

Bought at Macy’s Never had backache, now I do Was sleeping on a temp eve memory top from Carson’s for 2 months. Maybe an adjustment. My husband can sleep anyways so of course he is happy

Don't do it! There beds are alful, money wasted!

My experience is back pain, neck pain, definitely need a new bed! Sears sucks no wonder you are going down!

Pass on this one

This mattress feels absolutely nothing like the floor model. I chose this considerably higher priced mattress due to back and joint issues. I was promised it would break in, which it hasn't after 9 months. It is uncomfortable, rigid, and causes aches and pains. I would have exchanged it, but the price difference between this, and my second choice made it unworkable under Sit N Sleep's return policy.

Stinks that it sinks

This mattress was fine for a while and then it’s like a valley on each side with a mountain in the middle. We stood the mattress up to move our bed and it almost completely folded and buckled. You feel as though you are sleeping in a hole and you’re rolling uphill if you roll tonthe middle. I would never buy Simmons again since this bed has not lasted. Now will discard and have to purchase new.

I suffer from shoulder pain sisnce I have this mattress

I wanted to buy a firm mattress with a pillowtop for support, and plush comfort. This bed is hard like a rock. It also makes noises when I turn. Feels and sounds like the pillowtop filled with straw. I purchased this mattress 2 years ago because of the pocketed coil technology. So when my hubby gets up in the morning or turns, I won’t wake up. For that, this bed works perfectly. Recently I had to purchase a 4 in mattress topper for comfort. Since I’m sleeping on this bed, my shoulders are killing me. Can’t reach behind my back without wining. I can’t reach behind my back period. Can’t lift up my arms high up. I never had this problem before. I don’t recommend this mattress to anyone unless you only sleeping on your back or stomach. Definitely not for side sleepers.
