model 700753045-1050 hole where I lay after few days 14 yr

divot in just a few days like my 14 yr old mattress also purchased from Value City Furniture, did not expect this mattress just made a month ago , vcf slow to respond, said have to review, 2 sentences long tech report? What is to review, I have old mattress may as well return new one and shop more carefully next time

Very comfortable

We have had this bed for just over 2 years. At first It was perfect and I slept harder than I had in over a year. We moved this into our guest room to make way for our new king mattress. I hated the new one, so I’ve actually been sleeping back on this one for a while until we get a new one. It has worn in somewhat, but still very comfy. I have herniated discs and still sleep great. All my guests ask what kind of mattress it is. I’d recommend this to a picky sleeper for sure.

Worse Night's Sleep Ever

We bought this mattress because my husband was having problems with pain in pressure points and thought this mattress would be better for him. If we had not already gotten rid of our former mattress, we would have switched back to it after the first night on this mattress. HATE how it feels and lays and it gave me a constant neck and back ache. However, his pressure points didn't hurt after a night on this mattress which was the only good side. Our former mattress was firmer and this one is softer - if you like a soft mattress that your body sinks down in, then you would probably be fine with this one. We plan on replacing it as soon as we can. Definitely would not recommend it.

Horrible mattress Do not trust BED PRO COMPANY

I bought a mattress at BED PRO at citrus Park Tampa which promises that had good support, good quality and 10 years warranty . Manager lied and included extras charges. the mattress it is really bad quality, has no support, sick more than 10 inches. I complained since the first day and he didn't want to do anything. he said that I have to proof that the mattress has problem to use the warranty. Do not trust in this company and do not buy a mattress here. something is wrong with this mattress . they cause horrible pain im my neck and lower back to the point I have to do Physical Therapy. this mattress cause a damage to my hip and spine.

Run from Simmons!

Simmons does everything possible to avoid customer service. Less than a year after I purchased the bed, it has a ridge in the middle and a 1/4" difference in depression on the side. By far the WORSE experience with a mattress. DO NOT BUY FROM SIMMONS. RUN

This bed started off great. The old mattress caused knots in my upper back and this mattress seemed like a vast improvement. However, after 8 months, this bed became my nightmare. It is sunken in where I lay, any Support it had is gone! I wake up with so much pain in my lower back everyday. I’m not huge btw. I weigh less than 150lbs. I hate it. I just replaced it. Now I’m stuck with this stupid mattress because I don’t want to throw it away! It’s still brand new! I’m giving it to my 18 year old son. He’s young enough that it hopefully won’t hurt him

Very disappointed in this mattress, for as much as we paid for it the body impressions were so bad we had to stack blankets in the "trenches". Thankfully the customer service and warranty covered it and we were given a replacement (not the same mattress either).

Very unhappy with this purchase!

We’d owned this king mattress less than two years when the problems started. We do NOT recommend this mattress, unless you only plan on sleeping on it for a year or so. Sink holes cause terrible back, hip and shoulder pain! We are both of average (or lighter than average) weight.

Waking up miserable every morning. Husband sleeps in chair

When we entered the store to purchase a new matters we were desperate after recently purchasing one from a store that closed and e could not get warranty met. We put our trust in the salesperson and store because the are "Well Named" / big matress chain. We have had the bed 8 months. I did a string test and have divets more than an inch deep. I dread going to bed every night and my husband now sleeps in his recliner. After going to the store to talk to the salesperson, we quickly got a manufacturers warranty # to call. "Passing the buck" I just called the #, sat on hold for 20 minutes and then was automatically disconnected... Can not express my frustration & disappointment right now

The worse bed I have ever owned

I will never buy this product again. My husband and I wake up in pain everyday. This is the second time I have called warranty. It started sagging after a year. Called warranty October of 2016 and they said it was not bad enough. They are coming again today so it will be interesting to hear what they have to say. I am don't sleep at night; tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. This is the worse bed I have ever owned!
