Had a slight dip in middle of bed ,and one side softer and somewhat saggier than the other from the beginning .
On day 2 of receiving I thought I should turn it around as other side seems just right.
Leons will be replacing it for same, hopefully no defects Ultra Garrett cushion firm mattress next time.
Was on sale. so if same all over a good buy and value, Lady said 50-50 % chance the next one will be the same. I don't believe that's possible or Leon's would have an issue w Beautyrest.
I HAD A BETTER SLEEP ALREADY,but I want it same all over.I bought box spring and mattress cover to get the warrantee.

not what was expected-totally different feel than the store
A lot of money for an uncomfortable mattress...mattress was very comfortable on the store model, new mattress was just manufactured 3 days before delivery and very different than the store model...even with the pillow top, still lumpy feel to the body and causes hip and shoulder pain...also feels as if it's sloped as if I'm going to role off the dang thing.

10 year warranty doesn't really mean much. Bought at Mattress Firm. They tell you to go to website, submit pictures and they will get back to you.. never happens. Mattress lasted 6-7 years. unless visible sagging (take a picture with a broom handle across bed) they cant help you.

After about a year, this bed began to develop significant depressions on both sides which have made sleep difficult and caused back pain for my husband and myself. Our previous mattress was comfortable for more than 15 years, so we were surprised and very disappointed to find this mattress nearly unusable after just two years. Today we submitted a warranty claim with Simmons and are waiting to hear their response.

This mattress leaves impressions of our bodies...It feels like sleeping in a coffin! I have to pull myself out of the "hole" each morning and my back aches tremendously from it! It was okay for about a year before the impressions began to show. There is a hump in the middle of the bed between where my wife and I sleep. We have turned the mattress multiple times as well. My wife is 130lbs and it does the same thing to her side. This is the second Beautyrest mattress we have had in 7 years. We had to have the first one replaced (as it was still under warranty) for the same issue. We are going to just buy an inexpensive innerspring mattress. Would probably hold up better!
