Best Bed EVER!

This mattress is the best bed we’ve ever slept on. We have gone to bed every night and we never fail to say how much we love our bed.

I had this mattress for approx. 8 1/2 years and i have no complaints what so ever. Most of the reviews I've read people invested a good deal of money. However I went to macys warehouse and I paid like 70% off it was a display but how they do things with anything once they get new models of anything in the older displays goes to their warehouse for major discount. This mattress was retailed around $6000..........warehouse $500.00 (king)........ and its still like new Im very satisfied all the way around. Hope this been helpful

Avoid

This mattress was fine for 6 months. Then, the support progressively broke down. While there is little visible indentation in the mattress, it does not support you. When I lay down, my butt sinks into the mattress and flexes my lower back. Same thing happens when I sleep on my side. I wake up every morning with a back ache. Note, I am 6' tall and weigh 170 pounds. So, excessive weight is not a cause of this mattress failure.

Horrid! Do not purchase

We originally purchased this mattress 3 years ago. Within 2 months we had a warranty claim and for sagging in the middle. So we get the next one and it lasted about 18 months or so. Filed another claim. Got a 3 mattress delivered for $85, and it has lasted 6 weeks. This one is worse than the others. 3inch depression in the center. Turned in another claim and said under no circumstances do we want this piece of #@@%, again. Waiting to here from Simmons. Worst purchase ever. But I will say the warranty claim has been processed quickly. Only good thing.

warranty good for nothing, do NOT buy beautyrest

Had previous mattress over 15 years and thought I should buy a new one, big mistake. I got a beautyrest and within 9 months I could not sleep on it due to dips and back pain. Called for the warranty and was told must have a 1 1/2 inch dip with no one on it. I have over a 3 inch dip when lying on it but the dip was a little over 1 inch with no one on it. Was told to keep sleeping on it and call back in a few months and the dip might be 1 1/2 inches then. I can't sleep on it with the dip and I get up with back pain every morning, been sleeping on the couch and no back pain.

Terrible!

Not worth the money spent. Sagging already after 3 months. (we are not large or overweight people) huge hump in middle from head to toe. Wake up with terrible neck and back aches. Would not recommend.

good warranty - not a great product

I bought this via Westin after being happy with their beds over too many nights in hotels. I thought I was paying a premium price for "the best" product. My wife and I liked it initially - but a year in we are both unhappy. I am about 220 lb. and the side that I sleep on clearly shows indentation of 1.5" - 2"... The good news is that the "premium" line carries a good 10 year warranty. I've had to jump through several hoops and send a lot of pictures - but they are replacing the mattress with a new one and it will only cost me $85 for shipping. They will also take the old one with them. If they do what they say - I'm happy with the company - but don't love the product (at least the first one).

worst mattress ever bought done what they said to do buy a mattress protector so i did they came out and check the mattress saw the problem and left went to the store thought i was getting another mattress they said there was stains on it the only stains was from the delivery guys finger prints so had to buy another mattress its a shame got to pay for something and cant use it never again lost a custmer

Nice solid mattress, expensive but worth it

Needed something that could feel good, while supporting my weight. I tried several foam mattresses and my butt sunk into the memory foam with them, but not in the Aubrie. It had a distinct smell when it first arrived, that dissipated after week. It's definitely a firm mattress, but with enough give to help my back and shoulders. It's cooling properties are nice when you first lay down. I don't think it sleeps warm, but when you wake up it doesn't feel cool anymore. More like a traditional mattress. Assuming it holds up for the long term, I've found my mattress.
