This mattress is comfortable but over a short period of time it developed deep body impressions that never went away. That alone made it more difficult to move around at night. Not what I expected after such a short time for the price we paid.

We had a VERY old mattress with a 4" mattress topper. Too hot for my husband. We needed a new mattress so we thought we could sink some money on a new one. Bad decision. We start out sleeping in the middle together. During the night we sleep on our sides of the bed. It has developed impressions on two sides with a hump in the middle. We have only had the bed 9 months. Indentations need to be 1 1/2" deep for manufacturer to cover the warranty. Ours is only 5/8". As you know, when you spend 1/3 of your life on a mattress you expect better. That 5/8" might as well be a canyon with our backs. You roll into the impression every night. You gotta hang on to the side of the bed to get out in the morning. Very poor sleeping. Would not recommend to my friends.

I am under 140 pounds and sleep all ways. This bed looks new can not see any reason for the lack of back support. I do not feel or see any oh that is why spots. It has the exact base setup that Macy's said but still something is very wrong, not to sure the 25 year warrenty covers this bed is killing my back! HATE IT!!!

Purchased this mattress at Sears after reading many reviews and intensive research. Initially happy with comfort, support and overall rest. After 6 months, noticeably started to wear with indents happening. Contacted store, they stated this was normal for pillow top mattresses. After 1 year, indents turned into troughs. Contacted store, they referred me to the mfg. contacted mfg, they sent me to warranty (3rd party). Multiple calls, messages left, emails sent, I finally spoke to a human and I was provided with a litany of items in which I had to provide. After measuring with strings and rulers to gather the appropriate photos in the specific areas of concern, I packaged all documented evidence and forwarded to appropriate parties....and waited. After 1 week, called to confirm my information was received...they had NO RECORD of my ticket or information of the data I sent. I opened another ticket, took names of those I spoke with and, again, sent daya. 1 week....I cannot reach a human to confirm receipt of information. Complained to Sears, called, emailed, to no avail. Tired and dismayed, I gave up. Today marks 5 years where troughs have evolved into grand canyons and a mountainous devise causing a multitude of sleep issues. I’m shopping for a new mattress armed with a “buyer beware “ attitude regarding warranty and durability/longevity expectations.

Within a couple of years owning this mattress and base, the side collapsed. The manufacturer’s response was excellent and it was fixed... for a time. Now the side has collapsed again with approximately five years use. Far too expensive for such a short turnaround of mattresses. I will be looking at other brands.

We decided on this mattress because we had a wonderful night at a Quality inn hotel and the salesman at Mattress King believed the Briana would be a close match. It started out being really firm and soon, back problems, shoulder and arm numbness and there was no where on the bed I could get any sleep. The mattress sags and full of lumps after about one year. After two years , I could no longer sleep on it but a few hours a night. My husband slept on it one time and he was sick the next morning stating it was one of the worse nights of his life. And of course no one wAnts to stand behind their product.

Thought we would upgrade our 6 yr. old Beautyrest Melrose mattress since it was showing depressions and losing support.
After "testing" several firm contenders, we decided on the World Class Bridgewater firm model. We are both side-sleepers and over 200 lbs. Got a great price with new box spring from the local MattressFirm store and quick delivery, etc. Was told to try it for at least 30 days as they offer 120 day trial period. (Very Nice!) The problems started the first week. We found ourselves rolling towards the middle and fought to stay on our own side. Next the surface depression problem started after only 3 weeks! Cannot imagine it lasting for the 10 yr. warranty period! Thank goodness for a test period. we are looking to upgrade to the BR Legend Winward Luxury Firm or Black Hybrid Gladney Luxury Firm.

This mattress was great when new but within a year started to show body shapes for both my wife and I. I'm 220 lbs and she is 160. Rotated the mattress when we change the clocks for DLS as recommended by the salesmen.
In the last 5 months or so both my wife and I have been woken up by pain in our hips and sides. The impression of our bodies has gotten much worse and rotating makes no difference.
I am amazed that what was supposed to be a top end luxury mattress who fail so quickly!
I called Mattress Firm to see what my options are and was told they no longer sell this model. Wonder why?
