Lump in the middle

When we purchased the Beautyrest Silver Crystal ridge we thought we were getting a better mattress then the one we had. The pillowtop is uneven, the mattress has shift to one side, there is a lump in the middle that goes the length f the mattress. when you lay down its like your sinking and like a hill is right beside you. we had to purchase a temperpedic topper for the mattress and the lump is still their. The is no rating for this mattress, it is PITIFUL. The crappiest mattress we have ever had. Grandma's homemade mattress was better.

Junk, do not buy one, now they tell me it's discontinued, so now arguing with place of purchase on both box spring and mattress! both junk. place of purchase should have told me they were discontinued models.

Sinking 1 1/2 with proper support

Terrible, had to buy new mattress (after 2 yrs) as warranty or email claims go un answered. Customer service will not return calls or reach out. Warranty claim goes into black hole. WORST BED EVER!

The bed was amazing for the first 5-6 months

The mattress was amazing for the first 5-6 months then the neck, shoulder, back, hip and limbs falling asleep issues. Getting out of bed in the morning is very hard, I can hardly walk and I have to sit down in n a chair for 15 minutes until I feel better and can move I hurt all day! This bed never felt like the firmer showroom model. I feel like i literally sink in to the mattress 10-15 inches to the point where the mattress and my body are flush. My legs and shoulders stay up on the mattress while my midsection just sinks into the abyss like the bed is trying to eat me lol. I would definitely stay away from the plush model and I don’t know how the luxury firm feels! If I knew how bad the mattress would eventually sink I would have purchased the firm or a whole other mattress brand.

Worst mattress I’ve ever owned

I had this mattress for a 7 years. I never really liked it and I never slept too well on it. In the past 2 years I stared feeling an increasing back pain. I switched bed, I turn the mattress, I tried everything until I came to the conclusion that the mattress was just sagging. It was so bad that we had to flip this mattress on the other side (which is actually not even supposed to be used) in order to get an even surface to sleep on. My husband is only 165 lb and I’m 130 lb. I would expect a mattress like this to last longer than 5 years. Never buying another Beautyrest again.

Cannot help but roll into middle of bed if sleeping on side.

Wasnt even year old and put in claim for warranty because middle of bed has huge divet and no support. Hard not to roll into middle of bed when trying to fall asleep

Bad Mattress

We complained about seeing both ends of the mattress showing stretch shortly after we purchased the mattress. A representative from the manufacturer came and looked at the mattress. After he measured the bumps he said everything was within the range of the mattress and the nothing would be doe. I thought we were buying the best. But to say the least, we are extremely disappointed!

lumpy sagging in the middle of the road mattress

Mattress is worst we have ever purchased....It is lumpy and sleep is horrible....tried to get them to take it back and exchange for another and store said it had to be a 2" sag in it before they would take it back....feels like your rolling to the middle all the time.....terrible and would never buy another one and it is only a little over a year old....never again $1000.00 wasted.... ......

Sleeping in a Ditch Head Downhill

I have been sleeping on a beauty rest Avery since Fall 2018. The first set I had failed completely. The sides would sink when sat on and you could slide right off the bed. The bed formed a sink whole where you would sleep. Lower back and hips would be painful in the morning. The kings ridge formed with in two days of sleeping on it. The problems went on and on. I have had a new replacement for about a month now. It is having the same issues. Mattress sinks in the center when you sleep. The ridge that has formed in the middle keeps you from being able to roll over. The sides are collapsing again. When you lay down you will notice your head is way lower than your feet. I am a healthy adult in good shape. I have not a good night sleep since purchasing this expensive bed. My hips hurt every morning. My lower back also. I wake with tingling in my hands often. My knees hurt when I wake because the bed throws my hips out of alignment. I have experienced Vertigo because my head sinks so much lower than the rest of my Body. Mattress Firm who sol me this bed does not seem to care once they have made the sale. They tell you it is your concern. They are just a greedy company in the business to sell beds. If you want to wake up everyday in Pain this is the expensive bed for you. I am sure there is a sales person at Mattress Firm who will be happy to sell it to you so they get their commission. Just know when the bed fails as it has twice for me in less than a year. They won’t help you. They already have your money from the sale

Mattress has a speed bump in it.

This mattress is horrible. Our granddaughter sleeps on it and it's developed a huge lump in the middle of it. We are getting a new mattress delivered today which is NOT a foam mattress. We would never have a foam type mattress again. This one is just horrible. It isn't worth letting a dog sleep on it. We wasted $1200 on it 5 years ago and it started developing the lump in the middle after the first year. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE!!!!
