I expected maybe a bit more from this mattress. I hoped it would be a little softer due to it's fluffy top. But in reality the one I recieved is super firm. I guess the one I tried in the store had been thoroughly tested by many customers before me. This just doesn't feel the same.
It hasn't cause any back pain but rolling over or moving in bed at night wakes me up. It like rolling on a ton of bricks with a thin soft covering over them. My husband loves that but I don't.
In my opinion it is nice to relax and read on but not so great to sleep on. I'm just weird though. I like a little bounce to my bed. Maybe after I while I can wear me a good soft spot on my side of the bed.
JUNK! SINKS 3.5" drop in the foam! Badcock does nothing!
I paid a lot of money for this mattress. I needed it because of myself and my partner's back problems. When we got it we were sleeping well. Then after a year the mattress began to sink on each side where we slept. With the mattress protector off it was really obvious with the huge hump in the center of the bed.
We contacted Badcock and they never called back. Called again, got the run around. Was told to contact the manufacture. Well they are out of business. The mattress has a 10 year warranty that is worthless. Now here it is over 5 years later and the mattress has a 3.5 inch drop on one side and a 2.5 inch drop on the other side. The hump in the middle is like a camel. This thing is SO BAD I have placed folded comforters and pillows under me then put the sheet over that. Still Badcock is doing nothing. Their stuff is trash and they simply prey on people. I found out that the maker closed due to bad practices and was purchased by Sleep Inc. When I called them they had no idea what I was talking about and referred me back to Badcock who does NOTHING! STAY AWAY FROM BADCOCK AND NEVER EVER BUY A LEGENDS MATTRESS EVEN IF THEY ARE GIVING THEM AWAY OR PAYING YOU TO TAKE IT. SHAME ON YOU! If you are going to tell people you are in the mattress business then you should really be in the mattress business and not the scamming business.
We were told this mattress was a top of the line model.
It is far from it. We have had nothing but trouble with it since we have had it. It has sank on both sides and looks like a gable roof line. A peek in the middle and slopes off on both sides. We are waiting for Babcock to come out and check it for the warranty.

I financed the mattress at Badcock getting ready to make the last payment. This is the 2nd mattress I have only had the last 1 a few months. It already has a big dip in It. My hip has been hurting and having severe back pain. I would not recommend this to anyone.

After several months we noticed that the area where our bodies lay while sleeping was slowly being depressed leaving holes. The side I sleep on is depressed over six inches when I get out of bed in the morning. It slowly rises to about two inches deep. The side that my wife sleeps on has only a small depression.
There is a permanent hump in the middle of the bed between where we lay.
We called the local store and two representative were sent.
A picture was taken and a metal tape measure was placed from the head to the foot of the bed and a measure was done of the depression.
So far we have been told the depression is not deep enough and that there was a stain on the mattress.
We have been told that the mattress is now out of warranty because of the so called stain.
When the mattress was purchased we were told to purchase a mattress protector that has been on the bed since it was delivered.
We have requested another visit that we are willing to pay for to show that the so called stain is a design placed at several places on the mattress itself.
I have provided pictures of the area that has the so called stain and have been told that we are wrong about the design being there.
Told by salesperson they would have representative look at twice, no one ever showed up or even contacted us. Went to store and was told they would replace, still waiting, and waiting, etc.

My husband and I BOTH have had back problems so bad since having this mattress. It's to soft and no support, you basically wake up both in the middle cramped! ! It's gotten so bad we have flipped the mattress on the hard side and STILL have not had a good nights rest. My husband works out of town sometimes and when it's just me in the bad it doesn't seem to be as bad but I still wake up sore and have to take a hot shower to be able to start my day!!

I thought my old mattress was bad, this new one is even worse. I thought buying a new mattress would solve my sleeping issues, but this legends brand made my sleeping impossible. I woke up every morning with back pain so bad I could gone to the emergency room. It's not been 30 days yet, so I can't return it yet. The last 3 nights I've been sleeping on the couch. Tuesday is 30 days and I'll be returning it. Don't buy a Legends brand. Too soft & zero support!
In store the bed was great. As soon as it was delivered it was lumpy and looked worn. Once I received a new one it did the exact same thing as if there were two over weight people sleeping in it. I sleep alone there is no way this mattress should look like I've had it for years.
