Bad indentations on both sides & back pain in A.M.
Mattress starting getting bad indentations shortly after trial period had ended (I turn it around every time I change the sheets on the bed because you can't flip the mattress because of pillow top). I'm 5'9" tall 180 lbs and this mattress is getting worse. I sleep with shoulder and lower back pain constantly and I'm trying to find another type of mattress. This mattress has failed badly!!! Would not recommend to anyone! Also, this mattress was suggested by salesman at the local Badcock Store for side sleepers.

I have this for my master and the guest room since I am military and move often I wanted a queen too just incase I needed a smaller bed on the next move. Every guest that stays loves it. I get so many compliments! My parents even just called because while trying to find a matress they remembered how great my guest room mattress is.

This mattress is a mattress from hell. It sink's to the middle of the bed almost to the bottom, they have not been corroperate at all in giving me another mattress or giving me my money back, I would NOT recommend any one purchase anything from them.im not the only one who has had this issue when purchasing the same mattress! Do NOT buy from them, they do not stand by their stuff.
Shortly after we purchased this mattress, I noticed that there is a ridge going down the middle of the bed, which makes you gravitate to one side or the other. It takes some effort to roll over this hump. After four years, we virtually have two hammocks with the center ridge even more prominent. We waited a long time to get a mattress and I could not be more dissatisfied with this product. What gets me out of bed each morning? Back pain.

I have back problems already but this mattress made it soooo much worse. I’m currently looking for a topper because I literally just can’t take it. It’s very firm and doesn’t conform to your body. Also if you get hot at night just don’t do it. I’m hot as fire every night. Ive tried sleeping on my back, and sides. So if you have any back problems I would NOT recommend this mattress. My husband doesn’t have a problem with it though.

I have an old Serta no flip at home, this one is my bf's and I've only slept on it a few times, but had a good nights sleep. This king is new, he previously bought a queen which is in the guest room. Slightly firmer than I'm used to, at 58 I have to get up to use the restroom once during the night, so not even as bad as a laytex I previously slept on. Will update this review as I become more used to the bed and we break it in. (and we shall;)

Bought this mattress because after laying on the twin I was sold! But when I got my king matttess set up and laid on it was instantly disappointed. The previous mattress was a pillow top and was 11&1/2 years old, it was more comfortable than this new one!! I actually had to put my memory foam mattress back on this new one!! It's so hard that every muscle and bones ache. Will never purchase this brand again! My son purchased his two mattress and his queen is also hard!! Very poor quality!! My boss bought two full sets also has this issue. Bought same day as I Did! Won't recommend product either!! Paid almost 900 for junk!! Laying on cynder blocks would be more comfortable!!

I called in 3 days to return and cancel contract amd was told I must suffer for 30 days and they will not let me cancel contract never never again will I go to badcock the store owner said bringing it back was like returning used underwear
