Best sleep ever!

So glad we took a chance on this matteress site onseen. Best matteress ever! Best comfort and sleep. Have recommended to a couple of folks who have purchased and love their Wink bed!

Too hard

We realized after the trial period that the bed was too hard. Our only option was to buy a topper. We bought a latex soft topper. Works fine but would have been nice to receive some help from Wink beds whom now makes the beds in various harnesses.

Hurts our back

When we bought it it seemed good at first. Now it hurts our back and we wake with a sore back. Lower and upper.

Well made but not a good fit for us

We came to Winkbed from an Ecoterra medium latex/innerspring hybrid that was a year old. I (5'7 and 125 lb back sleeper) slept great on the Ecoterra, but my husband (5'10 155 lb back and side sleeper) wanted something slightly firmer as his back was often sore due to the amount his hips sank in. Winkbed sounded like exactly what we wanted in all the reviews - 'like a luxury hotel bed', sleeps cool, good responsiveness... except to us it turned out to be none of those things. Supremely well made, but way too firm for us both even after over a month. Wake up very sore, no longer sleep through the night due to discomfort, and I am always cold but find this bed very hot. Also, was hoping for springy, but this mattress is just kind of solid and unresponsive. I think it would be a great bed for heavier people and those who like quite firm beds and a memory foam feel. I will mention that after only 3 weeks we had very noticeable body indentations in the top comfort layer which was a surprise. I am hoping they honor their return policy and will be trying something else.

Like sleeping on a pool table

The bed is extremely heavy, and hard. It doesn't give at all and too painful.

Finally Found Sleeping Happiness

We had originally ordered a bed from Loom and Leaf. It was a replacement for our winter getaway home. But we had a nightmare of an experience with them. They lost it after telling us it was out for delivery. So we turned to WinkBed. Boy are we glad we did. We purchased the luxury firm queen and its by far the best nights sleep the both of us have had in all our years together. I’m a big guy 6’2” 255lbs the misses is 5’4” 120lbs. She sleeps on her back I sleep on my side. The bed stays relatively cool and there’s not a lot of motion transfer when rolling over or getting in and out. We are so happy with it that we are getting ready to replace our three year old Sterns and Foster King bed at home with a WinkBed.

Awful after-sales communication and delivery

My mattress was scheduled for delivery 8 days ago and they don't seem to be able to find a company who can deliver it and haul away my old mattress as promised (and paid for). They didn't bring it on the promised day, and it still is not re-scheduled for delivery. I seen to get a different excuse each time I talk to someone. Ready to call me credit card company for a refund and give up. Last Winkbed customer service rep was not friendly and constantly talked over me as I was trying to explain my problem. Just be ready for delivery trauma.

Bad for Back

I have never had back problems in the past with my air mattress for which the wink was a replacement. I also travel on business over 100 days a year and never have back pain from motel beds. I purchased the Wink bed with their guidance and customization for my size. Within 3 days of using the bed, by back pain developed and has progressed over the past 60 days. I have had to have chiropractic treatments and obtained xrays and take muscle relaxants. It appears that the mid support body from the springs is in-adequate for someone of my size. In fact, within 30 minutes of being in the bed, I bed to realize pain. Their customer support has been excellent and their quality appears very good. However, I have concluded that this bed design and/or spring support does not work for individuals that are or a large size.

Great mattress and great value!

I've been sleeping on my WinkBed for about a year now and I really love it. It is not too soft, not too firm and provides the support that I need for my back and hips. I primarily sleep on my side and sometimes on my back and it works quite well for both. I am a very happy customer.
