Bad for Back

I have never had back problems in the past with my air mattress for which the wink was a replacement. I also travel on business over 100 days a year and never have back pain from motel beds. I purchased the Wink bed with their guidance and customization for my size. Within 3 days of using the bed, by back pain developed and has progressed over the past 60 days. I have had to have chiropractic treatments and obtained xrays and take muscle relaxants. It appears that the mid support body from the springs is in-adequate for someone of my size. In fact, within 30 minutes of being in the bed, I bed to realize pain. Their customer support has been excellent and their quality appears very good. However, I have concluded that this bed design and/or spring support does not work for individuals that are or a large size.
