Don't buy this bed... unless you want to never travel again.

I will be honest. This bed is amazing. It is so comfortable and I cannot believe I slept on a regular boring mattress as long as I did while this Casper bed was on the market. My husband likes a super firm bed and I like a super plush bed and we both love it. He's always hot and I'm always cold, and we're both happy. My toddler has a super expensive organic handmade mattress (thank MIL) and he said our bed is better. He is right. The bed is perfection. But there is one huge problem, every, single, bed pales in comparison so it is awful traveling. My husband and I have hotels that we used to visit (like the Westin) specifically because their beds were divine. But after sleeping on a Casper mattress we were in for a shock. So yes, the bed is amazing. There are absolutely zero cons, except you will never want to sleep in another bed again.

Great mattress!

I was told that Casper spends all their money in advertising and the mattrsss price was going to that primarily. So not true! This mattress is very worth the price and I recommend it to everyone!

I'm in love!

Every night, after a 14 hour day at work I climb into bed and immediately become the happiest person. Quite often I find myself thinking, 'How I love my bed!' or 'this is the best purchase I have ever made!' well maybe there is that one pair of shoes... But seriously I couldn't be happier, nine months later and my Casper and I are still in the honeymoon phase.

Best sleep ever!

Love the bed so much I tell everyone! Love it so much we bought our son a Casper and will purchase one for our daughter this summer. I was disappointed Casper does not make baby bed mattresses yet, my grandson spells so peacefully on mine when he’s visiting 🙂

Casper is the original and still the best for my money

We decided to try a Casper mattress after hearing an NPR story on the company and their business model. We were sleeping on a traditional and rather expensive full size mattress ($2,500), but we had a larger Amish built queen bed and really wanted to give Casper a try. This is one of the smarter decisions we have made recently. I don't know how they do it, but this is a mattress that uses foam and does not get hot like some other foam solutions. After sleeping on it for a week my wife reported that her issue with hip pain was gone. We were so impressed that we bought one for my daughter and her husband. It is very clear that Casper has used customer feedback to improve their product. Oh, the mattress protector is worth every penny. We have experienced a couple of accidents with grandkids, and the mess never reaches the mattress. There are a lot of copy cats springing up out there now, but I will not be fooled. Next mattress I buy will be a casper.

Underwhelmed By Quality Control Issues

First the good news, Casper customer service is excellent. They respond to problems and have replaced items as necessary but, it's become obvious to me, they cannot deliver on the promotion. I've purchased 2 mattresses; a dog bed,pillows, sheets and a down comforter. One mattress is in the guest room - so who knows? It looks fine. Two pillows have been replaced because the outer-pillow fill or stuffing just balls into the corners. Pillows are terrible. Sheets and comforter - excellent. My 85 pound dog was able to crush and compress the side of the dog bed within a few weeks. The dog bed was replaced. And now my "wave" mattress. It was terrific for 6 months and now is suffering from the "coffin" look. You know, your body shape impression is visible all the time. Just not acceptable to me. I loved the idea of having the bed shipped, no hassles, but honestly, just dealing with moderate quality products is a hassle at this point. Casper has asked me to write a review. I don't have an "axe to grind" with them. I would recommend Casper to someone on a budget who has the time and patience to deal with the problems if they occur. If you are busy and time starved these products just add overhead when they require customer care. I don't believe that the Casper products in general live up to the advertising promotion. In fairness, I want to recognize they have been easy to deal with supporting the issues when I have contacted them. I'm just tired of contacting them.

No Problem!

The customer service person I spoke to before purchasing this mattress cautioned my that it might feel very different, but to give it a chance. There was absolutely no problems from the get go! We love it!

Great for Sleep, Chronic Back Pain and Sex

I had never tried a Casper-style mattress prior to my current bed, and the purchase was a combination of pure value, low risk, convenience and I decided that the multiple thousand dollars I had spent on traditional beds that were not actually helpful for my body and the advice from trusted people and I haven’t regretted it once.

The BEST mattress I have ever owned!!!!

I first got a single size Casper for my 89-year-old father with rheumatoid arthritis. I knew he would be a critical judge and wouldn’t hesitate to complain if this mattress was uncomfortable in the least. So the next day I was shocked when he said this is the best mattress he has ever had!! I waited a few weeks before getting our king mattress in case the newness wore off. Six months later my brothers are getting tired Of hearing my dad still rave about this mattress and urging them to buy one for themselves! Both my husband and I are amazed at how fantastic this mattress is. We’ve loved it from our first night. I used to wake up stiff and achy which i attributed to just getting older. Since owning this mattress I get out of bed with no stiffness, no soreness, no limping. My husband has had the same experience. In fact, if we have any aches or pains during the day we lie on our Casper mattress And We get up feeling better and the ache is gone. I am totally serious. I am not exaggerating. I can’t praise this mattress enough. I will never own another type of mattress. It was so convenient to order, it came in the mail, easy to put on the bed. We just used our old box springs instead of buying their base and that has worked fine. Bought their base for my dad and that was fine also.
