I'm with J I from Simcoe. Painful, overpriced, and no help

I too went over my budget to buy what was supposed to be the answer to all my sleep needs. What felt ok in the site feels rock hard and uncomfortable in my home. I couldn't afford the restocking fee, was told I needed was to break the bed in, was told the PLB topper would help, eventually spent another almost $600 that I could barely afford after buying the bed for their 2" topper which was just throwing good money after bad. I contacted PLB customer service online and explained how uncomfortable the bed was, and asked about a discount on a topper to see if that might help. I was told plainly that no such help is available. So here I am with $5,000 worth of pain causing latex and no money left to buy anything else. Very disappointed, and more importantly I'm in constant pain and can't do anything about it but complain here.

Lucky in Kentucky

When searching for the perfect bed, I looked high and low. I owned a TempurPedic for almost 10 years and was fairly satisfied except for the heat factor and eventually the crater-like body impressions. With all there is to learn about mattresses on the internet- it lead me to researching a Latex mattress. I did not want to sleep in a heat-trap nor did I want to spend $1000's on a nice mattress to have it sagging in 8-10 years. I found a lot of varying opinions on Latex VS Memory Foam. Latex got better reviews as a whole while comparing nearly the same on price VS Higher End Tempurpedic, Sealy, and Simmons models. I shopped at various chain and local stores, laying on some of each. I asked many questions to the retail sales associates and store manager's. What I found is that the local stores typically had a lot more knowledge than the scripts that it felt like the large chain stores read from. I was looking for unbiased opinion rather than pushing towards the most expensive items in the store. I ultimately ended up liking the ALL-LATEX Nutrition from LatexBliss. I am a researcher and a tough customer. I spoke with the store manager at Wildcat Mattress several times before making my decision. He worked out a nice package deal for me to get the mattress set, 2 latex down pillows, a bamboo mattress protector, and (free) delivery for the price other retailers were trying to sell me the mattress-only for. All of my questions were answered about the Latex process, any chemicals that were used in the manufacturing process, when and where my mattress would be coming from, and in-depth about the company background. With all this being said, it made me feel very comfortable making the purchase. It took me a few nights to get used sleeping on a surface that did not sag. At first, I thought that I may have made a mistake. But upon sleeping on the bed for a few weeks, I noticed a more restorative sleep. I was waking up less do to pain and pressure in my lower back and shoulders and also sleeping much cooler. I could not be happier with my Latex mattress and I promised the young man at Wildcat Mattress I would rate and review their service and latex products on multiple sites as well as to friends and family if his advice on mattress selection paid off. It truly HAS paid off and I cannot thank him enough. No signs of sagging after 3 months, and I am sleeping great. I feel that latex is the way to go after sleeping on both!

Pregnant woman's dream

I am currently 9 months pregnant and have been sleeping in my pure latex bliss for the last 4 months. I am still able to sleep peacefully all night long with no hip or leg pain. That's saying something when I woke up several times a night due to hip and leg discomfort with my 2 previous pregnancies. I cannot recommend the pure latex bliss Nutrition mattress enough. You will not be disappointed!

Sinking Causes Back Pain

I first bought the Pamper for firmness and not long after sleeping on it it felt like it bottomed out and was so hard so the store done a comfort exchange for the Nutrition .At first it felt really supportive and then it began to sink and it was checked by the store where I purchased it and claimed defective. They replaced it and now after a month later the same thing and overhangs 2 inches down the side. Definitely a bad buy.

Finally A Company that Stands Behind Their Product

2011 Bought Mattress from Mattress Express. 2013 had sag and found out that mattress Express was taken over by Mattress Firm. Mattress Firm sent a technician out to examine if there was a defect. The technician saw the problem immediately and sent his report to Mattress Firm. Mattress Firm failed to honor the warranty saying the sag was only 1/2" not 1.5". When I protested they could care less. I called the manufacturer-Pure Latex Bliss. Michelle and Maureen were only interested in delivering GREAT customer service to the point that they gave me their personal cell phone numbers while they worked out the logisitics of finding me a new company to deliver a new mattress. They replaced the mattress free of charge through a store called Go to Beds, Beds to Go. You have to understand that I did not originally buy from this store and they honored the warranty and delivered the mattress free of charge and tookk the old one back. Pure Latex Bliss is a great Company!!! Go to Bed, Beds to Go in Dania Beach is a great company. Even though I was not their customer, they still went out of their way and delivered great customer service. When I need new bedding I will go back to Go to Bed, Beds to Go in Dania Beach. If they treated me so well not being their customer, I have to assume the experience will be even better when I am their customer, and they actually make some money off of me. I will never shop with Mattress Firm because they did not do the right thing. Pure Latex took the hit, all Mattress Firm had to do was deliver the product to me. As far as the Mattress goes, the new Mattress feels great. I wake up with no aches/pains. Time will tell if the mattress holds up which I believe that it will. I think the old mattress was just defective which does happen from time to time. As long as a company is willing to honor it's warranty it is no problem. Thank you for being such a great company and making a terrific product. If you are looking for a very good high end mattress, the Pure Latex Product is the way to go. You get what you pay for. Great quality and a warranty that actually gets honored if you have a problem. If you are in South Florida, I would call Go to Beds, Beds to Go. Charles took great care of me. 954-589-2348.
