I am sorry you are having a problem with your mattress. Your mattress should not have a sag greater than 3/4" over it's lifetime. If it does, there may have been a manufacturing defect in the latex when it was produced. We apologize that your mattress is not measuring up to our promise. Your mattress is covered under a full replacement warranty. Please contact your retailer and tell him or her you need a warranty inspection done on your mattress. He or she will come out a do an inspection, take a couple measurements and pictures and file a warranty claim with us. We will send your retailer a replacement mattress and he or she can call you to remove your defective mattress and replace it with a new one.
