It was great until it wasn't - after 7 years

I am a side sleeper average weight 230lbs. This mattress was amazing for the first 7 years - it was soft but supportive and I never woke up with any pain. I felt like paying almost 3 thousand dollars for a mattress was ok because it had a 15 year warranty. Two years ago I noticed that moving out of my regular spot involved a lot of effort and since then it's become clear that even though when no one is on the mattress it's level, the areas that we sleep on have become so much softer than the area around them that it's liking sinking into a hole. But a finer reading of the warranty doesn't cover this increased softness, there has to be a visible depression. They know exactly how to make it seem like they've got a good warranty while not covering the most common defect. 7 years is not enough for what I paid for it. And they won't even respond to my warranty inquiries. I don't know if its all latex mattresses or just this brand, but I would recommend avoiding them.

At this price it should be “like a cloud!”

At 255 lbs and wife at 150, we both have bad shoulder, rib and hip pains after a restless nights sleep. Waking up very stiff and sore and waking more than once a night to get out of bed due to stiffness.

Great Bed!

My wife and I have the Beautiful model and the topper. I have never gone to bed quicker or slept this good. I will say this isint really your lay in the bed and watch tv kind of mattress. What I mean is the comfort level is okay when doing this but nothing special. The key is when U roll over especially for a side sleeper the bed cradles you and you go right to sleep. It also sleeps cool as well. I really care about the sleep quality and for that it is a five rating in my opinion.

worst warranty and customer service ever.

Bought mattress and a topper from these people and what a mistake. The mattress overpriced as you probably already know from other posts but a bit firm for me so bought the topper as well 400. After 6 months the zipper on the cover for topper simply fell off its track causing the whole cover to come off. Called customer service and would not replace. Even though the warranty states on website covers and there zippers will be replaced in two year period. Livid is understatement. Bad back is why I bought this thing and topper put mattress at just right level. Now with out 400. Dollar topper to hard. Asked rep if I could buy a cover. Not an option I guess. Waste of money don't know what to do or were to find another cover. I am crossing fingers on the mattress now hoping nothing happens to it. Because they won't back there product. Junk don't do it.

Absolutely Amazing

I bought my 100% organic King sized pure latex bliss beautiful mattress in February 2013. I have been sleeping on it nearly 2 years at this point. I love it more every day. I NEVER wake up at night because of pressure point pain (arm asleep, leg asleep, pain in hips or joints). When I travel, I always cannot wait to get back home to my own bed. I never thought a mattress could make so much difference in my life. I will NEVER buy another inner spring (or even a hybrid) mattress. God willing (because they are more expensive), every mattress I purchase the rest of my life will be a latex mattress.

Finally a bed I can sleep in without terrible back pain.

Two days ago we purchased the split king Pure Latex Bliss Beautiful mattress with the adjustable frame. I have had numerous back and neck surgeries and for the past ten years have had to sleep in a recliner. We finally decided to invest, yes it is not inexpensive, in a quality mattress and adjustable bed frame. We looked at a number of mattresses and choose the Pure Latex because our dealer gave us a 1 year comfort guarantee which is way beyond the normal guarantee. Even though the set was expensive it was half the price of the Pranasleep set that we were considering. I can say the past 2 nights have been wonderful. I can adjust the bed to a comfortable position and wake in the morning feeling great. This purchase was long over due and is one I am sure I will enjoy for years to come. The mattress is very cool, no heat build up, and provides fantastic support...what more can you ask for

"Bliss is Best"

Best mattress ever we were on 5th new king mattress in seven years this is by far the most comfortable ever. Only mattress ever able to sleep on back.

Latex is the best mattress for support and comfort.

Excellent support with great conformability and soft comfort. No odor like from memory foam. I grew up as a child on a Sealy latex bed in the 1950's and loved it. I am not sure why, other than higher cost, why latex beds are not more widely marketed. Laying in this bed you feel virtually "weightless". Coil springs apply pressure, and memory foam sleeps hot, and I find it hard to rollover. Manufacturer has 24 hour customer service phone line for questions or issues. I don't know of any other mattress manufacturer that is that accessible. The Beautiful is comfortable as is, but I like having a 3 inch quick response mattress topper on it for additional softness.

Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated

To be honest I should have refused the mattress upon delivery. PROBLEM 1: The mattress was significantly bigger than the foundation -the tag says Carolina Guild- and no matter how the three men manipulated the mattress it hung off on two sides. *I measured - 1 1/2" and up to 2" at one point.* The delivery guy gave me some story about it being rubber and cutting it to fit exactly just wasn't going to happen. He assured me he would let the owner know and get back to me about the overhang. Note: I had not been told this "fact" by any sales person during my search! PROBLEM 2: After only three days I felt as though I might roll to the side if I got too close to the center or the edge of the mattress. After running my hand across the bed I felt a significant dip on my side! I stripped the bed to get a closer look and you could see a "sinking" in the mattress. -I am 125 lbs btw- There is a hump in the middle of our king bed and my side sinks in! I have placed a straight edge across the mattress to get an idea of just how much and the mattress sinks down about an inch. The bed is New! 3 days old mind you. Wow!! This situation is Nothing like I expected after months of research for just the right mattress. Reading tons of reviews and articles about the Pure LatexBliss mattress! I made several long distance trips to Atlanta to lie on each model before making a decision. I asked tons of questions! Every authorized sales person told me that they had never seen a Pure LatexBliss sag or sink. They said it would be the bed they would buy or it was the bed they had! They also assured me of the customer service and warranty of the Pure LatexBliss was topnotch. What happened!!!??? I was Thrilled to be getting a Pure LatexBilss and now instead of feeling elated and satisfied with my well thought out purchase, I am completely stressed out and frustrated! I am trying to get this issue resolved through the mattress company I purchased the mattress from and even that process is causing tremendous undue stress. **Purchase with great caution!** *Side note: *I have called around in the last few days to inquire about these two problems and every single authorized sales person has said there is no way either of these two problems would happen with a Pure LatexBliss mattress and yet the man whom I have purchased it from says the overhang is normal.
