Rough start - Great Product

My mattress was delayed weeks in shipping without any notification. This caused me to sleep on my sofa for two weeks and that was not fun. Very disappointing. I also posted a picture to social media with the teddy bead for the free pillow which I never received. Customer service seems unorganized, but the product itself was worth it.

A good quality bed, no regrets.

As a side sleeper who wears a sleep apnea mask this love bed mattress (medium)has held up well. the medium is firm enough, upon the nest bedding reps suggestion we chose the medium. The firm likely would have been too firm for our taste. We have had it for about 14-16 months now. We just have it on a night frame metal bed platform no springs from Sams club .about $90.00 I tend to crowd the edge of the bed and sleep on side to create space for the apnea mask plus weigh about 260. So far the edge of bed is solid and has not lost firmness. I would say that for the price point 700 one would be hard pressed to find a mattress. I have slept on Tempur pedic a Capser,but they would be much higher $$ and probably not a lot better than the LoVe bed. IMO

Sex and Sleep Way Improved

I love my Love Bed. Just the right amount of support. It cradles your body, no pressure points. You won't sink into the mattress like a memory foam, the mattress has some bounce to it. Not too much bounce (to disturb your partner while moving around at night) but enough to enhance sexual pleasure. The mattress is very well made and durable. There was no noticeable off gassing and set up was a breeze. This is the best mattress I've ever purchased and for half the price. Highly recommend.

Takes slight adjustment period

I am not sure if this is consistent among all of your customers, but for the first few weeks of owning the mattress I was very sore when waking up. Eventually this wore off completely and I felt great waking up with no soreness. If this is a consistent experience you may want to tell your customers in the instructions they receive with the mattress so they know what to expect and do not initiate a pre-mature return.

Well made but very uncomfortable mattress

This mattress is not wearing well at all and is uncomfortable. I would not recommend it. I don't think it's going to last much longer. I regret buying it. The marketing for the company far exceeds the quality and comfort of the mattress.

Well, that is sad! Sorry you feel that way, but I can assure you the materials far exceed most name brand beds. If you have an issue, it could be a defect, so reach out to me at joe [at] nestbedding [dot] com and let's solve the issue. The facts are this: The base material is a 2lb foam. Industry standard is 1.5lb. Tempurpedic uses 1.5, which is 2-4x's the price of the Love Bed. Then, above that, we use Energex foam. It is widely recognized as some of the most durable and breathable comfort foam. These materials are known to far outlast the usual materials found in a lot of beds. Then, the entire bed is hand made and hand stitched. So, I don't mean to counter your review, but I will say that the facts of the build stand for themselves. Please reach out and let's get your issue solved.

Ok mattress

A little uneven after a year of use, it's about as comfortable as the 15 year old mattress it replaced, unfortunately. Next time we will spend more to get a better mattress.

Bedfellow at the Burbank Beach House

Yeah... I call my home in the middle of Burbank The Beach House. It's a vibe thing. :-) Overall, I'm very pleased with my choice of the Love Bed. For the first two to three weeks, maybe I month, I considered swapping it for the firm model. But, I decided to stay the course with the Medium and have come to feel very comfortable and sleep well on it. Thanks Brooke, for guiding me to a solid purchase and taking good care of me. The Rolls-Royce of sleeping comfort!

This is the first mattress I've ever purchased brand new, and I'm very happy with it! After conducting extensive research into direct-mail mattresses of this class, I settled on the Love Bed and couldn't be more pleased with the quality and comfort, not to mention the great value. Nest Bedding is a great company that takes pride in the construction and materials used in its mattresses, and it shows. Highly recommended!
