At first my husband and I liked this mattress very much. After two years with the Mattress(we have an adjustable bed frame, ) now there is a visible lump in the Mattress. It is so bad that my husband has chosen to sleep in the spare room. That mattress hurts is back. I went metro mattress, they offered to have a specialist come out to the house to look at it. Apparently the specialist hours and our work hours are the same. So we are stuck with a very expensive lumpy mattress. Very sorry I purchased this mattress.

Bought two very expensive Chattham & Wells Daniella mattress

We have two of the same mattresses each slept on for 2.5 years. One is fine, the other has a problem whereby the tufts are tied down with rosettes that have hard spots on hips and shoulders. Mattress Firm denied warranty coverage. Said C&W only covers structural problems. Paid $79 for a rude independent inspector to come to our house. Don't recommend either C&W or Mattress Firm. Terrible service. 10 year warranty isn't worth the paper is printed on.

Just NO

This mattress has been the biggest mistake I’ve ever made on a purchase. At $7000 I expected it to be the best. It is lumpy. It is hard. There’s no getting comfortable. The tufting is so profound that I feel them digging into my body all night. I wake up every morning with lower back pain. Forget about sleeping on my side. The shoulder and hip pain is worst. It is overall the worst thing I’ve ever purchased. I have emailed the company twice now, begging for advice, with zero response. At this price point you think customer service would give a crap. Just don’t waste your money. I probably would have been happier with a beauty rest quite honestly.

tons of motion transfer

This bed has tons of motion transfer. My husband has restless leg syndrone and I can constantly feel him moving. Waking me up throughout the night. The first few nights of owning the bed it started dipping. I woke up with back and hip pain. The worst mattress I have ever had.

Short term mattress

I purchased my first Grand Palace king size mattress several years ago. It lasted just over a year and begin to lose support significantly. Began process of filing a warranty claim. After a few months the mattress was evaluated and found to meet replacement requirements. A (new?) mattress was eventually delivered. It's been just over a year and I am having the same sagging, support issue. I reached out to a representative via email..he never responded. SO...back to the store to begin warranty process again...

This Bed is an Extraordinary Blessing

We wake up literally every morning and remark how phenomenal the bed is. We also do the same each evening as it is incredibly comfortable. This is worth every penny and more for the extraordinary value. We spend a third of our life sleeping in this bed and there can be no price tag on our health. We cannot recommend this particular Olivia Firm mattress enough for anyone looking for outstanding value in a mattress.

Not worth the $$$

Both sides along the edge are breaking down, won't help to turn the mattress with both sides doing it. Down the middle there is a high ridge so it feels like you are sleeping uphill on both sides. Not impressed with this mattress at all at this point. Very disappointed for what we paid!!

Never Again, lower back pain within 30 days of sleeping

I thought a luxury mattress would get me a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, that was not the case as I started getting lower back pain from sleeping on this mattress. Was the most expensive bed at Mattress Firm. Would not buy there again either.
